Good way to squeeze some extra power out of my skyactiv. Tuned on 93 octane and while gas is more expensive I also get 2-3 mpg better than before so I'd say it about evens out. Daniel let me finish my tunes up a little after the alloted period as well without any extra charge.

Bought a Skyactiv-G Turbo tune despite not knowing if my particular ECU was supported at the time. Attempted to get a dump file for tuning and no luck on ECU support but Daniel was extremely helpful offering a full refund with return of the cable and obD passthrough or just a partial refund w/ keeping the cable which is what I chose.

Despite the fact that he never was able to tune my car due to software limitations he's been super helpful with other issues.

Amazing customer service

I've been tuned with Daniel for over 4 years and 100 000KMs and the car has been smooth sailing. The more important part to me is the after sales support. Any questions and feedback I had was promptly addressed and it was a satisfactory experience. Would not hesitate to come back here if I had another Mazda needing tuning.

DRTuned was absolutely amazing! My cable arrived quickly and included a sticker which I’m for sure throwing on my car lol

All the software was easy to get installed and tied to my car, and the tune has definitely improved the car! It really feels like THIS is how it should have come from the factory, it’s so fun!

I've heard of some folks lately leaving poor reviews about unprofessionalism, and Daniel dropping support. I can't even imagine how rude and abusive those people must have been for Daniel to reach the point of stopping support.

I recently contacted these guys in relation to an ECU upgrade on my car. I had hoped that they were professional and detailed. Reviewing their site, they gave no real specifics regarding the upgrade but I trusted them after some communication.
Once I got the first part of the requirements, which were NOT clearly spelled out on the site, I asked for more specific instructions as what they had online was not clear, or specific. At the start of the process, the separate parts should have been detailed. If they were, I would have gone elsewhere. They were NOT. As a novice in this arena, I expected real support. What was given was unprofessional, with comments noting that I was unprepared for something I should have known required work. The supplied files that I dont understand how to use, their instructions are extrmely poor, and when I asked for detailed specifics or a refund, they told me they have terminated the arrangement. This has cost me in excess of $600 AUD, which to me is an extremely large amount of money to waste on nothing.
I cannot even complete this now.
They have effectively stolen my money.
I would encourage everyone to stay away from these guys. They are NOT here to assist in any way shape or form.
