I wish I could have negative stars here...…..So many dots to portrait my silence to this company. This was the first time I have used DTDC. Going through the lot of difficulties just to get one box delivered. People whom I have talked today was very rude, not really helpful and don't know how to deal with potential customers. This should have red flag to higher management to have your staff trained and have proper mentoring. One person is even helping to track without the email request while other person refuses to do that. For sure, this company needs proper process. In this digital era, I will have send to send email and do this stuff just to track where is my parcel. I am writing this so no one else suffers as me though people around me would have the same impression, but this is just for people around the world. Thanks a lot DTDC team for your fabulous help.

Booked 1 packet containing documents weighing 355 grams from Bengaluru to deliver at Hong Kong under DTDC AIR Priority Express F. (AWB N20527879)

DTDC booked it with FeDex Tracking No. 398697831545 and did not inform. Even queries were not replied. The delivery was delayed it was delivered on the 9th day although DTDC told it will be delivered within 5 days.

DTDC cannot be trusted. This is cheating. Such things are done by Cheap Local Couriers who lured the customers and collected the consignments and find out Couriers which can accept at a lower rate or sometimes do not send at all.

World's No.1 worst courier company. Not deserved even one star. The worst company, Inefficient in providing service. Deadly delay. worst service ever. I advise all the companies not to accept nor have business with them. Even individuals also.

At my location Pincode 403401 they are marking the package as AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR) There are other delivery company which delivery the package on time. Like Bluedart, DHL, Ekart, Delivebly, Amazon and even Indian post does their job perfectly. In case if they are not able to delivery they call us and ask us to pick the package. In DTDC they just mark it as non servicebale and doesn't even call us.
If you can't do it don't take the order at first place. You are just wasting my time as well as sender's time

Canceled order when I read reviews. Glad I paid with paypal who refunded my money.
Never use this company they are scammers.

Horrible service. Easily will qualify as worst courier company in Australia. I booked my courier and paid and they never collected it for weeks. I was forced to send by Fedex who were brilliant and I feel stupid to even contemplating using a crap courier like DTDC.

After 6 months still have no refund despite multiple calls and emails.

This was my first experience using DTDC. I mailed a small parcel from Australia to the UK.
The parcel arrived there very quickly and initially I was impressed with the service supplied by UPS (through DTDC)
Then I received an email saying the parcel was heavier than I had stated and there was an extra charge.
I queried this as I knew I had weighed it carefully prior to pick up as I had to supply them with dimensions and weight in order to pay.
Fortunately the parcel had not been opened, as it was a Christmas gift, and the receiver took video evidence showing the sealed parcel and the weight. It was exactly as the original information I had supplied to the carrier.
Sender's beware, weigh the parcel in front of the person doing the collection and let them sign something stating dimensions and weight.
Although DTDC have now cancelled the invoice at my insistence, it has been and eye opener, I will not use their services again.

We have used express services and total package weight is 53Kgs- It was shipped in 2 boxes on Nov, 22nd 2021 from India(Hyderabad) to Dallas on Nov, 27th. It was delivered in scheduled interval but the package was completely ripped and items in the package were damaged so badly that expensive items were just thrown like a thrash. They were not able to handle the items properly when they opened.

I had to get a certain item I had ordered from Lazada which was lying at a friend's place in Singapore. This shipment was to come to India. I booked the shipment online. I instantly got an email from the SG team, Ms. Jyoti - asking for the documents towards customs.
I like working at warp speed sometimes. I instantly send the required documents to her. Within minutes, my mail was acknowledged. I was impressed.
Next, there was a logistical issue getting the package picked up, but Jyoti went out of the way to speak with my counterpart in SG and got the parcel picked up as promised.
I am very impressed with the experience I've been receiving at DTDC Global Express Pte
Hope my last mile is just as smooth and professionally handled.

Atrocious service. DTD on Melton Rd. Leicester is the worst parcel service I’ve ever come across.

(DTDC Israel) Zero customer support or commitment, zero responsibility for customers' purchases and packages. no professionalism what so ever. Infuriating indifference. Just a horrible experience.

Waiting for a refund for almost 2 months now. Not worth the hassle. Better look for another shipping service.

Dont ever use this courier firm, you will end up in missing items from your courier. I guess they earn more by stealing the items from couriers rather than doing a courier service. Recently we had shipped a parcel from Visakhapatnam to Tamilnadu with some food items and Face-masks(All of them are branded, which would cost around 5000 rupees and total of 25-30 masks). DTDC guys surprised me by stealing all the masks, they havent even spared one unit for me. Well done DTDC team for organizing your crimes in such a pathetic way.

I am in plans to throw a complaint on these guys, am not sure how people are still using this courier service, who are good for nothing.

Worst courier services. I am not sure why JNTU sends certificates via DTDC. They did not deliver my shipment, ran behind them for 1 months still no response via email and they disconnect calls as soon as I say the consignment number. Because of these guys I lost my US application deadline as I was waiting for JNTU certificates.

Singapore Office - Very Poor Experience

The Customer Service is poor and opaque about all the charges. They will open your shipment without your consent.

Tiruvannamalai office.
The courier does not deliver the parcel. They only send a message from Villapuram that it is out for delivery but could not be delivered as no one home. Actually there is no attempt to even contact the customer to say the parcel has reached the Town, through either text message or phone call. Even at the office they told my manager the parcel was out for delivery yet it was sitting there on the floor and he had to see it himself. Very irresponsible and bad service from a courier.

Placed online order by paying full amount in advance to Basha Honey, Vijayawada.They booked DTDC courier. From DTDC I got delivery code message. After 10 minutes message came that delivered. Without delivering the item they have shown as delivered. It happened on 18th this month. Complaint booked. Till date not resolved. When enquired they say it is under investigation.

My item (A46200606) is showing as out for delivery from their hub, which is only 50 kms from the delivery address, since last 4 days. Called their customer center and they only told what i can see on the tracking page already. They promised to find out the status and call back. Maybe they have to get on to a donkey cart to find the status from the delivery 'hub', much like their couriers. Poor donkeys! I mean, the ones 'working' for 'Donkey To Dontgive Couriers'.

I had booked shipment from Uk to goa. Everything was ok on Uk side. In fact Bharath was very helpful. Now the worse part is the shipment was delivered on time but lot of things stolen from the shipment. That is most upsetting me . I will never ever send by Dtdc nor recommend anyone
