Amazing experience with very nice people. Dropped my car off at the airport and just handed the keys over. On the way back i just sent them a message with my arrival time. They told me to relax and that they would be waiting when I landed. All went well and i got my keys back with no issues. Great experience

We used this service in September 2025 and would recommend the company. We had no issues with the collection and return of the car despite our arrival flight being in the early hours of the morning and the departure flight at peak time.

A little nervous about the car safety but everything worked very well, drivers were very helpful , will definitely use the service again

The driver met us on time at both departure and arrival back which made Thai service very convenient. I was nervous of using this service at first as they didn’t pick up the mobile calls at first but called back. The language barrier can mean information gets lost between both parties but overall a solid service.

The guys just do what they say. Meet you at departures, take your car and have it back for you when you arrive back. No looking for a parking space, no bus from car park, no carrying cases.

Absolutely appalling service - AVOID! Flight arrived in at 8pm and as instructed I called to say I had landed and was advised they were very busy and I could be waiting 30 min for them to return my car, not ideal but fine.: 30 min came and went and I rang again to be told again that they were very busy another 30 min, I asked where my car was and I would get a taxi over to collect it and they refused to tell me and hung up, another hour later and after having to threaten to report my car stolen to the Guards did they return it a full 2 hours after I landed! Then when the driver did arrive the airport police came over to tell him that their company had been repeatedly told that they were not allowed to do drop offs in the airport and asked him for his driving license which he could not produce! Absolute gangsters - do not go near!

First time using this service was nervous for my car called and driver was already at terminal waiting it was quick and easy staff helped me with luggage on my return called while collecting bags came out and the car was nice & Warm ready for me to go home.

Recently went to Spain on holidays, used meet and greet service! Great service right outside the terminals no hassle of shuttling from far from airport!

Friendly staff and amazing service, can be relied upon even when its really late at night. Using on a regular basis now as you can't beat the convenience. Would deffo recommend 👌

When arriving to Dublin airport before even leaving the country we had problems,they were trying to direct me to go to them,without directions..eventually and unwillingly they sent someone to get the car from departures.(MEET & GREET😂)..when we got back from holiday,I called soon as I stepped off plane so to not have my 6 years old daughter waiting around at 2am after a long day travelling..about 2 hours later ,one of the 3 Indian lads I spoke to said he'd be 15 mins..all of them saying they called but I didn't answer,then changed it to they couldn't get through...no apologies.. meet and preet more like.

Complete scam. Rang them repeatedly within the half hour before we arrived, no answer. We ended up having to use the other car park and pay €180 for 4 days after already paying €100 for the meet and greet. I rang their ‘customer service’ to sort it out when we returned, I asked to speak to whoever was in charge and they hung up the phone on me and I couldn’t get through to them after. Complete scam. AVOID.

This service was supposed to be hassle free, drive to the airport and jump out, arrive back and jump in again! This is not the case! We had to call them when we were 20 mins away, then told to call when we were 5 mins away. Then when we arrived we had to wait for a further 25 mins!
On our arrival we were to call them when we were picking up our luggage and the car would be waiting when we walked out... We called for about half an hour, text, emailed. But no good. Eventually, are an hour they showed up with the car. We had 3 small kids with us. If I had known it would be this bad a service I never would have selected it. PLEASE AVOID! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND TERRIBLY MANAGED!
