Lucky duck sent me a birthday gift

I was successfully able to withdraw twice over 2 grant I think. Process usually takes 5-7 days with crypto (this is pretty smooth process comparing to other online casinos). I don't prefer to use banks since it seems to take longer.
I just contacted customer service twice or more and both times they were very professional. When you use coupons, you have to be careful with the rules of how much you have to play and you can withdraw with the bonus. I will keep using DuckyLuck.

It's a complete scam. They want you to make a deposit to make a withdrawal. A withdrawal that you will never get. Look on reddit or google. No one has ever been paid. Do not send them any documents to verify your identity. Complete scam and waste of time.

HORRIBLE bonus wins
Some of the bonuses won on these games are totally UNREAL. $1.50 bet and hit bonus for $4.00 or nothing at all. One game, Coins of Alkemor-Extreme Magic, one of my favorites on other sites. I hit all 3 top coins (Expand, Muti-X and Boost) for a bonus. Should have been HUGE. Went to the bonus. $4.50 won. Wild. All other games bonuses are horrible. $1-2 bets and mostly hit bonus around $12 and they will actually hit for $50 (Maybe 5%) on bonuses. I spent $150 in 5 minutes on Coins of Ra Deluxe not one bonus. Not even one of the baby $4 ones. Most line pays are garbage as well. I blew throw $400 in a hour on $1.50 -$2.00 bets. Endless spins with no wins then occasionally a $0.60 win. It really did feel rigged. Once this deposit bonus is done, I won’t be coming back.

The games are fun
The games are fun, but it's hard that find games that pay consistently. I don't expect to win, just have fun. A lot of times I find myself betting a dollar, depositing 50 bucks and getting 54 spins. That's brutal.
The second gripe is cashing out. It takes 3 days to get paid if you win on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. Thursday gets you paid Monday, Friday-Sunday get you paid on Wednesday. It's really irritating. If you win a lot of money you might not be able to cash out all at once. You can cash out 10k a week.
It's worse now, not better. I tried to cash out $500 on a Wednesday at 2am. It's Monday and nothing. 48-72 hours OR LESS is in the documentation. 3 complete business days (Wed-Fri 8am to 5pm). You can't tell me they don't have AI that can work on weekends to get people paid.
