This company is a real class act, honestly. We had 3 sets of bifolds fitted 8 years ago, and they’ve been fautless ever since.
Recently the top part of a handle snapped off, and I contacted them on the off-chance it could be fixed. Well, within a few weeks, they organised the replacement part, sent it off for spraying (it’s not a standard colour) and then posted it out to me. 5 mins with a screwdriver and they’re good as new.
The kind of customer service we all dream of, but rarely see in a lot of companies these days.

Very pleased with help from the Duration team. We had bifold doors fitted a few years ago and the handle broke, so I was looking for a replacement. I spoke to Charlie who ensured my email was passed to the after sales team. Ken responded promptly and arranged for a new handle to be painted the right colour and sent out to us. I was kept informed of what was happening. I was very impressed with the service provided. Thank you

Brilliant customer services from Lucy @ Duration. I’ve had my bifold for 13 years and unfortunately a few parts have worn through age and she helped me find replacement parts. My bifold are now good as new. Thank you.

Great service for doors I bought 12 years ago….refreshing change to usual after sales.

My first visit to Duration this week, spoke with Ken who was extremely knowledgeable, he gave us all the time we needed to understand what was best for us, great experience.

How this 'company' have achieved such a good TrustPilot rating is a mystery....
The Sales Manager provided me with a 'corner sample': window frame, opening window and hinge. So NO ambiguity.
I then obtained a quote for three windows.
When the quote turned into an invoice; VAT (I have reported this illegality to HMRC) and delivery charge had then been added.
When the 'order confirmation' was sent, it then stated the wrong handles, which had to be corrected.
Then the promised delivery date was missed, which meant another month's hire charge for scaffolding.
When the three windows finally arrived they were made from an entirely different profile to the sample that had been provided.
Any reasonable company would admit their mistake and correct it.
Not Duration.
They have stated that it was my fault for not specifying the profile type required and have refused to re-make the windows.
How this 'company' have achieved such a good TrustPilot rating is a mystery....

I have purchased windows from Duration windows in the past and on our recent visit to the Canvey Island showroom Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be putting in another order shortly.

I had a zoom appointment with Ken who was wonderfully patient with my hundred questions. :) I came away with a good sense of what would be best for my situation. It was just as easy as being there in person. Thank you Ken for hearing my concerns and giving me the full breadth of what was possible.

Lucy and Duration Windows have given me great service. For the second time, I have got in touch to ask for some spare parts for various homes that we look after as a management company. They have promptly responded to emails, sorted me a price, and sent out the parts as needed. I would highly recommend them as a great local company.

Duration windows and especially Ken have always provided me with an excellent level of service. My go to person is Ken for any questions or design options, he knows the products like the back of his hand.

We have a specialist sized window which was poorly installed 10 years ago, we came to durations website and ordered an acoustic secondary glazing panel to place behind the original windows and the website and product is superb.

We measured, bought online without visiting the showroom as we knew what we needed.

Duration don't still make the 13 year old sliding doors that were damaged in an attempted break in, but they searched their warehose for the original profile, lock, etc. and made up a perfect replacement Fantastic after sales service; really going the extra mile, where replacing 3 doors and a frame would have been more profitable. Recommend these guys highly

Needed a part for my bifold doors and Lucy was very helpful in helping me identify the part needed how to proceed with buying it and even how to replace it myself .
