DVD Planet Store Pakistan Reviews

DVD arrived in excellent condition and good quality.

This is the third time I have used DVD Planet Store and I have been impressed with the quality and efficient service each time. I regularly received communication from the team keeping me informed of progress. Would definitely use again.

Awesome! I Got Everything That I Wanted! Thanks So Much DVD Planet! Will Probably Buy From Them Again In The Future

I was a little leery of this company, having been scammed by others over the years, but after reading the reviews about them I decided to give them a try. Mostly because I had been looking for a favorite show for years without any success. The shipping costs were high but I was willing to pay them. I’m so glad I ordered from DVD PLANET STORE!!! The communication from them was amazing. They walked me through the buying process and kept me informed on my order. Within 2 weeks I had my 3 seasons of my favorite show in my hands. The dvd’s arrived extremely well packaged. I binge watched them that day and was blown away by the quality of the recordings!! I was also impressed by the fact that there were subtitles available. I’m beyond thrilled to finally have this show in my collection and Extremely grateful to this company for providing it!! If you are hesitating about buying from this company rest assured that it IS legitimate and is professionally run. Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

What a fabulous experience! I received excellent customer service from start to finish - the website was easy to use and ordering was simple. I received emails with clear instructions and order tracking information, and when the delivery arrived the DVD was in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. Considering I could not find this anywhere else I was thrilled with the product and service!

Very well done speedy service and perfect condition DVDs - thank you!

This store provided me with an otherwise impossible to find movie. The worlers were extremely kind and professional and helped me find the most convenient option. I would gladly buy more from them in the future.

I have used this company many times. The quality of the DVD's supplied is always good and customer service is excellent. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for rare or hard to find items.

Do not engage with them!...... They are a business operating out of Pakistan that produce and sell bootlegged DVDs and use extreme mark ups on price, I went to purchase a show only for them return an email back saying they needed to mark up the price by 100aud because it's shipped outside of Pakistan.

The cost they are charging for pirated DVDs are an absolute scam and not fair pricing, they say they make no profit on the sales which is absolute trash and not true, for bootlegged DVDs you could easily get away with charges of less than $50 rather than the price gouging of $200+. This is and absolutely disgusting business and needs to be shut down DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Everyone here was an absolute delight to work with! I appreciate all of the time you took to answer all of my questions and make this experience an absolutely amazing one! I cannot say enough great things about you all! Not to mention my product is absolutely perfect, better than I anticipated! Thank you all!!!

Ordered Ajaan Special Crimes Unit with English subtitles. Got it today, a week earlier than estimated. Excellent quality, well packaged, no damage, no complaints. I'll order from them again--great communication, very nice customer service. I'm very pleased!

They claimed to have a copy of War Horse theatre production by NTL. I had presumed they were based in America asking for payment in USA dollars. I had to send confirmation of PayPal payment. Having confirmed they then emailed they would process my order (which might have been a bootleg copy) but despite waiting and sending 2 emails they stopped replying. So I’m having to go through process of claiming a refund.

SPECTACULAR TRANSACTION … SENSATIONAL QUALITY “LIFE’S WORK - SEASON ONE” NEW DVD SET !!!

Thank you for walking my order all the way through to the end. It played perfectly on my US DVD player.
Thanks, Tom

The friendly very professional manner with which the transaction was completed. The extra care with packing the discs to ensure no scratches is almost unique. I had been seeking a dvd of the BBC TV series "Red Cap" for many years It appears dvdplanetstore is the only source. Very pleased and very grateful.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of service that I have received from DVD Planet Store along with the shipping updates via email and especially the speed of delivery to my home in Australia!
