They will not respond to HM Land Registry requisition when selling my property.
Their complaints form on their site does not work.
They do not answer calls.

Used DV Solicitors for the sale of my home and the purchase of a new property. Throughout the process I had solicitors and Estate Agents constantly on both sides chasing me to chase up answers from DV on various topics throughout. They carried out a piece of work that was supposed to be completed by another solicitor who was then chasing me for updates as they had not provided any. I have been asking monthly for a final statement of their charges and proof my purchase and they just ignore every email, this has been chased for 6 months now. Very unprofessional.

Very poor service when selling house. We used them for power of attorney . All went well . But when we came to sell our house a massive error of judgement . No chain no mortgages to sort out our buyer put funds in there bank account a full 24 hours before completion . They still hadn’t transferred funds at 3.00 pm the next day we had a 600 mile journey and were moving livestock as well . We were having to keep phoning and chasing for funds to be transferred . Stress that should not occurred . Now a year later we still haven’t had a copy of final account or letter of completion despite sending recorded delivery letters . We have had no communication at all .
