We have 2 plumbers to fix our toilet and neither fixed the issue. We called dyno-rod and they came out next day. The plumber tried lots of different things as he didn't want to give up and eventually got it unblocked. 10/10 service

Excellent service, I was kept updated about when the engineer would reach me and he even arrived earlier than expected. Telephone contact en route. All really helpful when juggling a busy day. Sam was calm and professional and found solutions to three drain problems which was a massive relief to me. He gave good advice and was cheerful and helpful. I will definitely use the company again if need be. Also the price was very fair for the work Sam did. Much appreciated.

Conor turned up at the time we agreed. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. He got to work quickly to cap some leaking pipework in an awkward location. Job well done.

We needed a rerouting of waste drain, we required digging up the ground to change the route and fall of the pipe, cutting new opening though an exterior wall and replacing soil pipe in confined space. The Dyno-rod team from DF Stewart, Corby did a great job on site, clearing up after themselves. Pleased with the solution, the service and the quality of the job.

I eouldn't say it was great, but wait I would say it was NECESSARY and if I had to use superlatives I'd say it was even better than great: STUPENDOUS even. Believe me the drain needing attention had a major blockage (Major Major). A NECESSARY JOB that needed A VERY GOOD JOB. It got that in No Trumps, Redoubled.

Michael appears to have removed our shower tray/sink blockage in our ensuite using his camera and drain snake. Very tidy job, communicated well and I'm very pleased.
What I do not like is the advert of 'no call out charge'. On the day of the call, the office calls with an eta and a notification there is a flat charge of £195 for the diagnosis fee, regardless of the issue. That is commonly known as a call out charge.
I think £195 for an hours work is why the Pimlico plumber owner buys Bentley motor car and has plastic surgery on a weekly basis. Plumbers earn more than Dr's and nurses... who'd believe it...

Connor was such a professional when he inspected the drains at my property. He gave me all the info I needed about the state of the drains and what to do should there be any problems. I can’t recommend him enough.

Great experience with Dyno Rod. I had a complicated problem with my sewer buried under the floor. Had two visits: a camera inspection with diagnosis and excavation / repair work. Great communication the whole time, very easy to book and organise the repair. All three lads across both visits were friendly and worked hard. Lovely tidy job and cleaned up afterwards. The price is more expensive than other companies but the experience was great. The premium is worth it for such a hassle free experience. Definitely will use again.

Connor came day after booking on line. Very polite and helpful. Knowledgable and sorted the problem out. Double checked to make sure the drains ran and no other obstructions.

Engineer Michael diognosed tge problem, showed me the problem, quoted to fix the problem then returned to fix it. Thanksvfir sending a competent engineer it really makes a difference.
