Quick response and option of same day morning or afternoon timeslot was really useful. Very efficient and helpful agent who turned up and ran check on drainage pipes.

They unblock with a thin rod, and give you a 28 day guarantee, then they come back when surprise surprise it blocks again and say it's your 'fault' that it reblocked and charge you again, it's a scam and this sort of company should be regulated. They came back for a second time, same guy, 2 small rods, I explained that this didn't do the trick last time but he insisted on using the same again, this time it only lasted a few days. Tomorrow I will call a decent company to sort out the issue. If there is a blockage, just poking a small hole in the blockage will not do the trick. It's a scam. Job number 4717653.

Really quick response from the call centre, with someone round within the hour as promised. Dan and his colleague identified the problem almost straightaway and sorted the problem out in a friendly and professional way.

Our boiler guy recommended Dyno and they did a good job. Two hours later and all was right as rain.

Our drains experienced a blockage, and the plumber sent out whilst unblocking the trains left the pipes loose so all the water leaked whenever we switched on the taps. We asked for another plumber out, the company phoned up, stated they would refuse to come out without a parking permit (there was none needed for our place) and demanded we pay on the door despite us being covered by British Gas policy. My landlord then phoned up, for them to admit they messed up on the system. The plumber didn’t turn up in the end, and they accused me of ringing up and cancelling afterwards, despite the fact I could show from my call records this never happened. Waste of time, energy and quite frankly a bunch of rude and aggressive time wasters who displayed arrogance and incompetence that is truly unparalleled.

I am beyond distressed with the service from Dyno-Rod. For the past four days, I’ve had a persistent fresh water leak behind the toilet, and four different engineers have come to my property, all refusing to do the job for various reasons. Despite this being an emergency, the leak continues, and I’m left feeling completely vulnerable.

One particular engineer was problematic from the start. He refused to fix the issue, claiming it wasn’t worth his time as it was an emergency job that only paid £30. He also falsely stated that the pipe was attached to a major system, which wasn’t true, and that he didn’t have enough time to take everything apart to fix it. He was clearly angry as soon as he saw the work required and then falsely claimed that I shouted directly in his face—despite the fact that I’m 5 feet tall and he’s over 6 feet 4. This never happened. The Engineer even invited me to make a complaint to his manager insinuating nothing would come if it. He left angrily, talking to himself as he stormed out, and then went on to fabricate a report against me.

He also refused to turn off the stopcock, claiming it was seized. However, building maintenance resolved that in under three minutes with basic tools, proving that his claims were false. I’ve even supplied pictures of the pipework and stopcock to prove this. Despite this evidence, the false report remains, and every engineer who visits now references it, arriving at my home already biased and dismissive of my explanations. It’s a male dominated job and it’s highly stressful dealing with this each and every time.

This has been highly distressing, leaving me in tears and feeling powerless to challenge the false report. It’s damaging to my character, and I feel like I’m banging my head against a brick wall. No one seems to listen or care about resolving this ongoing issue.

I urgently need this report corrected and for Dyno-Rod to finally address the leak. This situation has caused me so much unnecessary stress. Its just a truly awful experience.

I called out Dynorod to repair a blockage that my regular Plumber had tried to unblock. They also applied their best efforts and admitted that it was a blockage that was further downstream and the Building Plumbers needed to be involved. They then agreed not to charge for their work. They were thoroughly professional in their work and I would have no problem in using Dynorod again.

The service was exemplary from the onset. From the logging a call for unblocking our outside garden drain to arrival of the engineers onside things were handled consistently. We were kept informed by text and phone calls, as to the engineers eta.
On arrival the engineers were both professional and quickly resolved the matter. My mother was very pleased .
