We initially had someone come out to sort out drains only to have to call again 4 days later us the drains weren’t unblocked.Langford came the second time and was so thorough, friendly and patient! What an asset to your company and top bloke!

I used Dyno plumbing East London (also known as Logini plumbing I believe) to fix a leak that involved taking up a hallway floor. They took payment up front for both the plumbing repair and subsequent replacement of the floor. Having fixed the leak as planned they failed to replace the floor initially and then refused to answer phone calls or emails for months. They still have my money and have not offered any explanation, let alone an apology or refund.

Bear in mind when using Dyno rod that you will actually be dealing with a local franchise and will not have recourse to any central complaints department in the event that things go wrong.

The plumber did excellent job unblocking the toilet pipes very friendly guy only negative is I had stay home and wait for him from 8am to 5pm when he came but would definitely recommend dyno rod

Came as agreed and charged agreed price. Took a while but sorted out the drain blockage. Job done. Dial a rod well done! Recommend! Matt

Dyno promptly attended to a blocked toilet and quickly cleared the blockage. I was charged the agreed price. I will definitely use them again.

Dean came to fix a blockage. he was very prompt and polite and wearing the safety PPE as required. he was very professional and managed to resolve the problem quickly and with minimal fuss. I will not hesitate to use Dyno Rod again in the future.
