Our toilet blocked on a Saturday night. The engineer was here within 2 hours of the call being placed. He was helpful and knowledgable. We got the problem, a large block of loose lime scale in the cast iron pipe, sorted within the hour and all working again. He was a complete hero.

Fantastic service
Fantastic! A real person answered my call very quickly and with empathy. They had an engineer (another courteous and professional person) on site and fixing our problem within an hour and a half of my call!
We have a policy with Homeserve... what a joke... a bad joke. Three times I held on an automated system for over half an hour only to be cut off before I could speak to anyone.
We had a blocked drain and raw sewage on the patio. Homeserve quoted 3 days to call out. Completely useless. I’m still waiting for their engineer, Dyno Rod have been, fixed it and gone!
If you ever have a drainage problem, call Dyno Rod.

Excellent work in a matter of minutes, Dyno helped with unblocking a toilet drain which turned out to have large pieces of ceramic from old toilet which was recently replaced by "professionals".

Great service
Easy to make an appointment, on a Sunday too. Engineer called ahead as promised and arrived when he said he would. It wasn’t a particularly difficult job, a blocked outside drain, which he sorted very quickly with little fuss. All in all a very convenient, efficient service

Leaky cistern
Water started dripping from the cistern for my toilet late last year, and a Dyno-Rod plumber came promptly to identify the problem as corrosion which would need the cistern to be replaced. Although he came back soon with a new one, he then couldn't find the stopcock to shut off the water to fit it: eventually council workers came to reveal that the cock had been boxed in out of sight when the kitchen was installed when these flats were built. So this week the Dyno-Rod plumber could return, and I'm delighted to say that he was able to put the cistern in without difficulty and am well satisfied with job done.
