Excellent service to clear a blocked drain. Engineer arrived within a few hours of call and was very efficient and professional. Had full kit with jets/camera and explained all the work done. Would definitely recommend.

Quickly unblocked and clear
We had the Dynorod engineer out today, booked via our British Gas Homecare service, and he was brilliant.
Very pleasant, knowledgable and professional.
He had all the kit and sorted our blockage out quickly and efficiently.
We cannot thank him enough, we would thoroughly recommend the service.

Friendly and respectful. It was hard to find my drains but the Dynorod was persistent and finally found their route on the 3rd visit . This information was requested from me for a would be buyer.

Knowledgeable service
Quick, prompt, knowledgeable engineer made a stressful situation easier. The contractor sent by insurers wasn't so efficient. Glad we used Dyna rod instead.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience!
Booked for an engineer to come out, and was told an engineer would be out between 18:00 - 22;00.
Rang back at 22:00 and they tried to contact the engineer. No response from the engineer so they left a message to contact me with an eta.
Just received a call at 23:30 to now say the enginner is not in the area and they are not coming!
Have rebooked for tomorrow so will have to see what happens but I will be trying another company first thing.

Impressive Dyno-Rod operative
The Dyno-Rod operative was impressively competent, persevering and cheerful. He knew his stuff. He was 99% convinced that there was another manhole - though none was visible. His camera confirmed it. He patiently used a detector around our front lawn and shrubbery to locate it, and succeeded despite interference. It was totally concealed and covered with soil. This manhole was blocked by shrub roots. He cleared this out and resolved the problem. I "take my hat off" to him! Very grateful.
