Dyno-Rod - Plumbing East Midlands Reviews 

I rang Dyno Rod as part of the British Gas site, following a very poor service from my insurance company. A few hours after the call the plumber arrived, after 15 minutes he had fixed the leak and re instated our hot water after three days being off. I am really pleased with the great service received, wish I had spoken to them 3 days earlier

Excellent service. Gina at the Call centre always kept me informed and updated. Very knowledgeable.
Engineer who arrived was thorough and professional.

The plumber was really professional & quickly located a leak in our home underneath the floorboards and fixed it immediately, explaining what he was doing whilst showing us the problem & professionally answering our questions. Called british gas to sort out our toilet problem, they put me through to dyno rod. The appointment for someone to come out was very quick.
Only wish I knew of this service before. Definitely going to join the plumbing and draining scheme.
The plumber that came out was Cory, he was brilliant, explained everything that needed doing , fixed the job and can't thank him enough .
No more wasting time on plumbers promising to come and fix the job and never turning up, or turning up and them saying they will come back and never return .in any other industry they wouldn't get away with messing customers around.
As for dyno rod, they kept me informed when arrival was and actually turned up!!!!
Brilliant service .

I had a leaking kitchen sink tap that I was initially looking to repair, but my own lack of expertise and a very stubborn corroded tap lever put paid to that. I ordered a new tap and then arranged a next day appointment with Dyno-rod. The tap arrived in the morning and Max Rogers from Dyno-rod arrived in the afternoon. Max was very helpful and professional and he did a brilliant job. I was very pleased with the outcome and definitely grateful that it was not me who had to do the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dyno-rod.

Initially came for an emergency repair arranged through British Gas home care. Asked about another repair not covered in the home care package, they quoted and came back 2 days later.
Both plumbers were respectful of our property and explained their actions while onsite.

Great problem diagnosis and resolution from MQ. Super polite and tidy. Great result!

Booked online, turned up gave a quote before fixing. He had the parts needed in the van so he could fix onsite. Great service and much cheaper then other plumbers we used. Will use again for sure.

They have been excellent so far. Making an appointment online was straightforward. When I rang to check the time of the plumber’s call they were very helpful. The plumber who came was on time, professional and quick. And their follow-up with another appointment has similarly been professional and easy. I am very hopeful that the rest of their service will be as good.

Great service - constant communication, really pleased

Very bad and irresposible service. Last visit the guy turned off hot water valve amd we suffered in cold weather for many days. We called emergency service but no one valled us back after promising a call back in 30min. This time he switched off boiler without letting is know and left without swiching it on. Due to previous experience we knew he must have done something terrible again and tried to sort it out on our own. But the mental stress and agony we have gone through dueto his irresponsible behavious is a shame. Please refrain sending irresponsible staff in future. Thank you

Engineer called before arriving. Was very efficient and friendly - came to fix a leaking kitchen tap. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to replace old tap washers so we had to have a new tap fitted, costing us more than we hoped! At least we were given a guarantee.

It’s really difficult to find someone to do small jobs around the house but Dyno were super and fixed my leaking shower promptly, politely and at a reasonable price. Well done Dyno!
