Fast efficient and the engineer knew his stuff so quickly remedied the problem

Was without hot water for a few weeks, with 2 little children it was extremely difficult thankfully Danny from Dyno Rod came through and managed to resolve , was very quick and knowledgeable,

Very pleased with the work done by Jack and his trainee Charlie. Two very pleasant chaps who got on with the job in a professional and efficient manner. Would definitely use their services again.

Callum was really helpful and went out of his way to resolve the issues. He kindly fitted a new shower hose and gave advice on a kitchen tap and shower head. He is coming back next week to fit them. He had a very kind approachable manner.

Would love to review, but still
waiting for a quote three weeks after the initial visit. Chased two weeks after visit to be told someone would be in touch. Sadly still waiting. Dyno obviously don't want my money!

Zach was my engineer for the day. A very helpful and knowledgeable young man who carried out the required work neatly and promptly.

Zach went above and beyond to sort the
problem with the leak. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable!

I have tried on three occasions to have Dyno-Rod, directly and via British Gas, provide me with a quote to replace my cylinder. On three occasions, I have taken time out of my 9-5 to meet an engineer so they can quote me for the work. On all occasions I have never so much as received a follow up, let alone a quote. I was assured by the last engineer that a DANIEL TORRES would ensure I receive a quote for the work, but still, I haven’t received anything over a week later. The service is absolutely appalling - in fact, it’s non-existent. A complete waste of time.

Zach was really helpful. He fitted a new pan connector to our toilet which fixed the blockage. He was diligent and thorough with his work. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he fixed it.

Whilst the engineer was very thorough and patient and I thought he had completed the work satisfactorily it went wrong again within days. He was called back and once again he told me it was fixed but within the month it had gone wrong once more. I had to wait over a week for a new plumber. This was last week and it is OK so far but this is the 6th time the company has "fixed" it. I pray this will be the last time and all will be well.

Brilliant service provided by Danny. I had quite a complex, reoccurring issue with my hot water tank. Danny managed to source difficult to get hold of parts, fully listened to my concerns and the history of the issue and then investigated and restored the hot water supply- which took several hours. This looks to have solved the problem on a longer term basis, which is fantastic- I really appreciated his helpfulness and friendliness throughout.

We’ve had multiple ongoing leak problems which meant numerous visits. However, the last one finally seems to have rectified the issues. Zach spent most of the day at the house was extremely thorough, professional and kept us apprised of what he’d found and what repairs he was carrying out. He was excellent and so far his work had proved 100% successful. (For additional reference WO No. 5630730)

My central heating system was struggling to keep the house warm. I received two phone calls the day the engineer was scheduled to flush the system to check arrival time, etc. Colin arrived, at the agreed time, the following day and did an excellent job. He made sure everything was working as it should before he departed, leaving the house looking exactly as it had done before arrived. Highly recommended.
