few hiccups in getting the job done but the actual workmanship was good

communication bit haphazard with phone calls made at inconvenient times

The engineer Ste Johnson rang to advise me when he was coming and arrived on time, within 30 mins of me making the call. He was really friendly and unblocked the drains and cleared up all the mess. The price I paid was as per the quote on the phone and Ste was knowledgeable, more than happy to answer all of my questions
and actually made the whole experience as nice as it can be. Highly recommend. Thanks to you Ste if you read this 😊

Problem solved with no mess or fuss

Simon was a really nice efficient guy who did a brilliant job on my sister’s loo cistern. Went over and above. Great asset to BG Dyno.

Quick brilliant service

Had a leak on a radiator that was causing an issue with boiler and coming through downstairs
Engineer called Simon came and sorted it out, he was on time polite and respectful to my property and he explained exactly what he needed to do and everything was back up and running in no time
Very pleased my issue was sorted in such a professional manner. Simon was friendly and efficient

Jack B was very courteous and professional. He rang before arriving. On arrival he clarified the concerns we had and thoroughly carried out an examination of our water supply. He was efficient and clearly knew his trade. He gave his view on his findings and left us feeling comfortable that everything was in order. He is a credit to the workforce of DynoRod

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Simon. He rang in advance and was understanding when I said I would be slightly delayed due to a work commitment. I was only 10 minutes later than expected but this wasn’t an issue for Simon. Simon then fitted my new kitchen taps in no time at all and constantly kept me updated with anything additional he needed to do. He was very sociable whilst working away and worked around my two dogs!! Simon tidied everything up after him and even took away my old tap. Quality service and we are very pleased with our newly fitted kitchen taps.

He phoned me to tell me he was arriving in 30 minutes and spot on he did. He sorted my job quickly and efficiently. Was respectful of my property and I am very happy with the result, Would recommend to anyone. Ten out of Ten xx

Leaking toilet
Even though it was late, 1910.
The engineer, Lee, still turned up and helped with my toilet leak. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately and fixed it. He was also very polite and friendly. Five stars all round, a credit to his company.

I thought I was going to have to buy a replacement pillar tap for one of our bathroom washbasins, but Lee offered to replace the ceramic cartridge at no charge. Job done! Customer satisfaction five star. Thanks again.

Had a leak under the sink which flooded the bathroom - had emergency cover with the Halifax who contacted Dyno-rod
They contacted me within the hour and attended within a couple of hours-
The Plumber Andy discussed the problem and had the parts( a flex hose) and fixed it straight away

Very friendly and efficient service. Well mannered and helped with advice what type of mixer tap to fit.

Went back in the kitchen after washing up the morning dishes and heard "drip drip drip" tap was off, upon listening and filming with my phone on a selfie stick behind cupboards we seen lots of water on the floor under the cupboards, so turned the stop tap off took kick boards off and seen water spraying dripping everywhere right behind the cupboard directly below the boiler.

Luckily we have full cover with British gas so they sent Dyno out on an emergency call out and John the plumber turned up, we both agreed he had to cut the back of the cupboard out to access the pipe work, straight away John found the split pipe and fixed it. (Job done) nope turned the water back on there was two more pipes that had holes in and he discovered the condenser pipe coming off the boiler was broken as well so he replaced that..
So after over 4 hours John the plumber sorted all the leaks, at one point he even said he might be staying for tea 😄

From ringing British Gas to the engineer coming, this went very smoothly. When the engineer arrived he acted very quickly in the dark at the power was also out.. He put a new pipe on the tank, bagged the sodden roof insulation. He was just so helpful as I was on my own. He explained everything to me then I had to wait for the electrician to come out who again was amazing so I could have power as I work from home. All in all, fantastic!

Lee came to our rescue today after our main water supply pipe was leaking! You could tell he had the knowledge and experience as he knew what was wrong and fixed the problem. Absolute legend!! Thank you Lee 😊

Dyno-Rod replaced our leaking kitchen tap. Appointment was easily booked on-line. I also rang to amend the booking. Customer service was excellent. The plumber was polite & helpful & quickly & efficiently replaced the tap. I booked the job in the morning & by the afternoon had the problem fixed. The price was reasonable. I would score Lee 10/10 & would definately use Dyno-Rod Liverpool again. Thank you
