Booked on Sunday evening, arrived promptly Monday morning, quote was less than anything I had received via checkatrade the week before and there was zero pressure given to do the work immediately (despite being a very small job). However, they were able to get it done there and then. Work was completed in no time at all. If I had one criticism it would just be that I would prefer not to pay using a card over a phone. A bank transfer or the ability to pay online would have been nice.

Over the past three years we have had leaks at intermittent times through the ceiling in various places, not causing real damage and we did not know the source. This last time we decided to have it investigated. Dynorod responded the same day and the plumber spent a while identifying the different problems. Then he spent 3 hours fixing the toilet, radiator valves and resealing the shower . He came back the next day to check it was ok.

Came out really quickly and were able to fix the problem straight away despite both the inside and outside stop tap not working! Both the plumber and office staff were friendly. Would highly recommend.

The plumber was unable to carry out the work due to the unknown/inacessible location of the mains shut off for my appartment block.

He gave me a useful assesment of the state of the plumbing in my flat and gave clear instructions for contacting people who can authorise the mains shut off and specify the location.

I was charged nothing, and felt under no duress to take a course of action.

Overall it felt very professional.

6 radiators replaced. Very helpful and informative at every stage. All questions answered and explained clearly. If there were options, we were given the opportunity to see what each option would look like to help us make a decision. Clean finish, done effectively and checks were made. Highly recommend.

Anthony was fantastic.
He tried to fix the issue but explained why he couldn’t. He was happy to take my questions and gave me guidance for the future.
It resulted in me have to spend £300. Anthony talked me through the options, making suggestions where I could save money but saying where I shouldn’t.

Daniel Toric, the plumber was very good moving the radiator. He even has change the items which were put wrong. I appreciate it and recommend him for the jobs like this.

I called DYNO Wednesday at 0830 and Lewis visited today to agree the work to repair leaking shower manifold. We agreed a price to replace and the job was completed by around 2 pm. Great response and excellent communication.
