Arrived within the time agreed. Gerard was polite, effective and efficient. Was able to fix the problem within minutes. Very tidy worker. Would recommend Dyno-Rod definitely.

Amazing service
I called on the Sunday night to make an enquiry not thinking I’d get anyone to come out for a few days but I had a plumber come out within less than 24 hours and he (Stephen) was absolutely fantastic! He explained the problems, the cost and how long the jobs would take. He was done within an hour and I only got charged for the labour.
I would definitely recommend Dyno to anyone in need of a plumber!

He was in approx 30 mins couldn’t…
He was in approx 30 mins couldn’t confirm the leak then gave me call out charge of £98.40 when the call centre advised free of charge and if any chargeable fees I would be advised before any chargeable work carried out which I wasn’t.
Also still have leak all he done was run water put machine on no physical labour was required.

Would definitely use this company again. The plumber we had was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and knew what the issue was straight away. Very respectful and courteous. Great communication skills and equally important, very competitive pricing.
