Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Scotland Reviews 

After being let down by local plumbers we booked a Dyno rod plumber. Excellent service, came on time, did a good job and price was competitive. Will definitely use them again.

First dynorod engineer arrived on time and “fixed” the outside blockage with a few thrusts of a large plunger. Job done in 10 mins. However, blockage appeared again less than 24 hrs later. Second engineer arrived on time and this time did the job properly, well done to second engineer who merited 5 stars but due to his colleagues rushed job previously I have given 4 stars. Water now draining freely, thank you second engineer.

Wasn’t impressed. Bath had been leaking and guy never even removed cover to check u dear bath. Just kept babbling on about how it was £82 an hour for him to do anything.

Great experience, plumber couldn't do enough to help and was very polite and genuine during the visit.

Found this a great service. I got a call to let me know he'd be arriving in 20mins and he did. I thought my toilet was leaking but after the plumber had a good look he explained a few things and what he thought the issue was. I'd definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent response time and professional service 10 out of 10. 2 Plumbers have already let me down for a simple fix. 3 months wasted, wish I had contacted Dyno Rod in the first instance. Will use Dyno again in future. Plumber who attended was very helpful, polite and well mannered.

Phoned to get my bath waste pipe fixed and they arranged an appointment directly over the phone and set up a a date and time scale. Robert phoned me when he was on the way to the house and when he arrived he had the problem figured out immediately and got to work. Asked him to look at some dropping taps as well and he sorted those as well. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend their services.

Plumber phoned to let me know he was on his way and when he expected to arrive. Assessed the problem, gave a breakdown of what was required and the cost. Carried out the work straight away, showed me completed repair then tidied up and took away old parts. It was a completely professional process and I can’t recommend enough

Required new mixer tap. Straightforward to go online to arrange appointment for visit to provide quote. Plumber phoned to let me know he was on way & arrived timeously. Quote accepted & date arranged for new tap to be installed. Again, plumber phoned to advise on way. Arrived & tap fitted. Plumber Straightforward & helpful.

We had an issue with a dripping tap ,it turns out that we require a new Kitchen tap fitted ,there was a delay due to supply, we were updated on a regular basis, we have now had the job completed by one of your team, I have nothing but praise for the way this task was handled, your fitter was a delight to talk to, well done.

We had leak in toilet dynorod engineer attended to our call out engineer could not have been anymore helpful and everything was sorted without any trouble he was very polite and could not do enough for us it was very much appreciated and would not hesitate to introduce family and freinds

Fast and efficient replacement of a defective tap. Good explanation and communication from the plumber as he completed the job. Very happy with the result.

We had Ryan visit this morning as our toilet wasn't working correctly. He had it fixed within a few minutes and then ended up helping with my sink that was blocked too. He had on PPE and was very quick in his job. Very happy customer.

Booked an emergency job as pipe burst and no water or heating in the house , Dyno took the job at 4pm , made me wait till 9pm for the engineer to call me to say he will not attend until one day in the week Chris was his name , making every excuse under the sun for not able to do the job , explained that there are children in the home and there is no water no toilets working no heating and the engineer just didn’t bother and hung up and stopped answering calls. Absolute shocking behaviour shocking customer service.

I had a leaking toilet bowl and got a plumber out from a site online. He made the problem worse.

I called dyno-rod. The fitter came out today and fixed all the problems. Went out of his way to sort everything out. Added new bends and fixed the cistern.
Really pleasant too.
