Not only did the Dyno crew fix the water leak on my driveway, they ensured all wet clay was disposed of and replaced first with sand, to blanket my water pipe, and then 20 sacks of soft sandy gravel tho keep the hole firm. British Gas’s Dyno also kept me informed by phone and text. I didn’t know Dyno tackled such a variety of jobs, so many thanks to the company and the crew.

Well I can't believe today, firstly Dino rod came out to do a repair through British gas which was great thanks.
I just happened to say to the man from there do you fit toilets, he said we certainly do just give them a ring.
I gave them a ring, they said someone could come out today to give a quote for the job, which was to swop a old toilet new toilet system over.
They came out and said I can do it now for you or make an appointment for another day so you can get some more quotes.
He said the price was £97 an hour plus parts if required, I said just go for it please.
About 45 minutes later job done, it wasn't straightforward, he had a challenge of the waste pipes not lining up due to the angle from toilet to waste pipe outlet which would have left a big gap at the back of the system but he did it flush to wall.
Great job £97, who could complain about that, he even put an inline turn off screw in incase of any problems so we can turn the inlet water off and still keep the rest of water running around the house.
Let's hope I'm not jumping the gun but a great efficient job and a nice bloke to.

JOB WELL DONE
Lee was very helpful since the first call to stop the leak which developed to be from a tank that was as old as the earth itself.
He measured the tank and came back with his colleague to install. Took the old galvanised tank out of the property and installed a plastic, more efficient one. Neat work no mess. I can recommend them and 5 stars from me.

Shaun was very helpful and went the extra mile to locate and fix a tricky leak. He provided excellent service, with a smile. Five stars from me.

Victor arrived on time and eventually resolved our problem which turned out to be a more involved job than anticipated.
He was efficient and polite and worked constantly whilst undertaking the work.

Absolutely useless service provided by Dynorod. We had leaking from bath tub . Plumber comes in says no issues with plumbing just needs sealant around bathtub NOT HIS JOB and goes away charging nearly £100. What a ridiculous excuse. This is a Plumber job to seal everything

Excellent friendly people the both people who visited our home are really nice, Matt the the man who who fitted our tap did an excellent job explaining what he needed to do and there was next to no mess very happy thank you.

Called these guys out after I had water pouring out of a bathroom pipe they came with in an hour they got the problem sorted out very quickly. the plumber was also very good and friendly attitude so wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I needed a bath tap replaced and purchased its replacement. In the past, when I have used Dyno rod, they have come around the same day. On this occasion, I had to wait a week. When the plumber arrived, he told me what the hourly rate was. Last time around, it was £90 if I recall correctly. A bit pricey but often you cannot get a local plumber to do the work. This time around, a few months on from the last call out, £165 an hour! As for the job itself, it took the plumber 10 minutes to do the work. I have no issues over the quality of the work, just the price. Hence my reduced rating. Memo to self; find a new plumber or learn to do it myself!

Asked Dyno Plumbing to replace and move the location of a seized stop tap. They came out to provide a quote the same day and the plumber that attended stayed and completed the work in under a hour. I was very impressed with the service and cost.

Plumber was very helpful and agreed a solution to the issue. Arrived on time and fitted to waste pipes in good time.

As a complete experience I would not recommend this company .i would however thank the poor plumber Sam who got sent back repeatedly ill equipped to do the job. What turned out to be a simple leak on screw part of a tap took 5 visits 3 plumbers and a mistake of a hole knocked through the ceiling. I have employed my own plumber who found the problem with half an hour. Sam however did a great job trying to fix the mess

They replaced the flush mechanism on my toilet very efficiently. I appreciated they explained what they needed to do and were very tidy. This is the second time I’ve used Dynamic-Rod and would use them again.

Fitter was inconsiderate and rude. He lost a grub screw which I have had to fit myself as I wasn't prepared to wait In all afternoon for something which was the fitter's fault.
It took a month and several phone calls to finally get the grub screw sent here!! Very poor service.

Had a few issues that required attention. A leaking bath mixer tap and two toilet cisterns that hissed when flushed, taking longer than usual to fill up. Tried to get a local plumber but they class this work as fill in jobs when they have nothing on. As wanted it fixed rather than to have to wait around indefinitely, I rang dyno rod and the issues were fixed the same day within minutes at a reasonable price.
