Brick blockage
The engineer called, fifteen minutes before he was due to arrive,so I could clear a parking space and open the garden gates. I explained the situation while he filled his water tank.
Once the drain was cleared, he did THE CCTV survey and found a brick, lodged 5m down the main drain.
He said the survey results would be sent to me in couple of weeks.
Once I have this, I can contact Thames water; however, I fear they may say it's the neighbours problem.
Aside from that, I'm very happy with the work done today.

Very efficien to use online booking service. The office contacted me to agree a price for the work (a blocked drain) and an engineer arrived in the agreed timeframe. The problem assessment and work were carried out to my satisfaction and to the quoted price.

Blocked soil pipe promptly freed…
We made an appointment for an outside soil pipe to be unblocked. The office confirmed price and time in advance. The Dyno-Rod guy turned up promptly: very pleasant and informative about the problem. He fixed it but warned us that it might recur without permanent remedial action - gave us suggested options that.
Very happy with the service. They were recommended to us and we are delighted to recommend them in our turn!

Went beyond my expectations
Went beyond my expectations! We had sewage leaking over our patio and within an hour or so of making a booking they arrived and sorted the issue out within half an hour. The service was so quick and very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

1st January emergency
On 1st January AM, we noticed our drains overflowing due to our waste pipes all being blocked so logged it as an emergency. I had to chase several times as didn't hear from anyone and was told each time the engineer would call me.
When the engineer did call it was awkward as he advised a higher price than we were quoted and I also wasn't able to pay via credit card. It was an anxious day, we had guests and had to send them out for the day as no toilets or water.
6.20pm engineer arrived and I was happy he was able to fix our problem. However he advised that he'd been to only one job that day, then gone all the way home before our job had come through to him. Why then did we wait so long when we had logged it at 11.30am and I had also called for an update at 3pm? We had stated how urgent it was.
Weve used Dynorod before on Easter Monday and were very impressive with everything, with the communication, service etc. This time it was the complete opposite so we feel very disappointed about yesterday's experience.
