Blocked drain and soakaway. Booked Dynorod to come out and James came out on time and called me when he was on his way. He had a thorough look around the drains, just blocked due to moss, checked and cleared them and cleared away any mess. James was really great, super friendly and helpful and showed me what he found, so good to have someone come out and be reliable, friendly and keep you informed along the way. Thanks a million James 😊

Shane was excellent, cleared the drains efficiently and cleaned up leaving everything super clean. He was such a nice guy too. Definite use Same and Dyno again. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

The work was carried out by Thomas and mate who were extremely professional and competent in what they do. Moreover they were very friendly. When the job was completed ther was no indication that anyone had been her at all ,considering the depth of the excavations.some excess spoil was not just thrown on the garden but neatly spread. I cannot recommend this man to highly for professionalism and overall ability and integrity would recommend him to anyone without reservation

We had an issue with a blocked outside drain and Craig from Dyno-Rod came out to take a look. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He quickly identified the problem, gave us some really useful advice, and everything was sorted in no time. A genuinely lovely person – a credit to the company. Operator arrived on time, was polite and helpful, explained everything as he carried out the work to unblock drain from upstairs bathroom and toilet. Friendly and helpful and left everything clean and tidy. He recommended CCTV survey as drains are quite old, and he showed us evidence of blistering. We have now made appointment for survey to be carried out. Happy and relieved.

Excellent service. We had a blocked drain that was backing up into the kitchen sink. Pete came out from Dyno rod and was extremely helpful, polite and an all round nice man. He explained everything to us provided a great service and cleared the blockage thoroughly.

The lads come down, spoken to me about the plan of what to do and went from there did what they needed to do got it working properly before leaving.

We reported the problem and DynoRod came the next day. They would have come the same day but we were not at home. Pete came out to us, rang 20mins before arriving. He was courteous and polite and had the problem detected and our drain unblocked within 30 minutes. Cleaned the drain and advised us on what to do if it should happen again. Great service, very happy! Thanks Pete, if needed, we’ll be asking for you again.

Fast and easy to book a visit. Engineer phoned ahead when he was on the way, was friendly and professional and cleared the block drain quickly.

Very good service from a firm I believe you can trust. A few years ago I used a local company and was totally ripped off.
Would use Dyno rod again, but hope I don’t need too!!
