Came out very quickly and sorted the problem with no fuss.

Booking online was easy. Quick and efficient.

Issue was the quote for the work by the engineer was provided before he turned up at the property and had not inspected the drain.
I felt obliged to accept the price even though it’s supposed to be a no obligation price without call- out charge.
The blocked drain (kitchen drain and thought it was a fat problem) had drained overnight before the morning appointment.
Lifted the drain cover and no blockage. Turned out it was a few leaves blocking water egress.
Still charged the £195 “quoted” before turning up to assess the problem. I accept that it would be a bit harsh not to pay something even if there is a no call-out policy but consider the £195 extortionate and sharp practice which is exploitative of the situation.

I would recommend a small family business that’s been trading for a good few years rather than take a risk with whoever you have in your area.

Did not unblock the pipe completely, charge again if come to unblock again. Why can't you do the job properly in the first place?

Our kitchen sink was blocked affecting also washing machine and dishwasher. Given an appointment for Tuesday morning. I was given advance warning of arrival.
On their prompt arrival he quickly identified the problem and the solution and completed the job without delay.
An excellent job with no mess. Well done.

The engineers Ray and Ant were first class both in their attitude and their workmanship. They made a difficult job look easy, cannot praise them enough. Brilliant job.

Prompt, professional and friendly service from Jack who fixed a leaky radiator pipe, balanced the heating system
by adjusting the radiator thermostat valves, and made sure everything was working ok before he left.

I phoned Dyno-Rod regarding a blocked toilet, The telephone response was quick and the person was able to deal with the problem very efficiently. Had a problem with an overflowing drain in the garden. We contacted using the online booking system at 8am. Had a phone call just after 9am from Carl at Dyno daying he could come at 10.30am. He arrived on time and all was sorted and tidied. Very pleased with the service and Carl was helpful friendly and professional. Would recommend.

I phoned Dyno-rod when our drain was blocked and over flowing into the garden. They were there within 30mins, a very friendly guy came, sorted the problem and helped to clean up the mess! Couldn’t fault the service at all, top job!
