I rang up on Saturday afternoon. The man on the other end of the phone told me exactly how much it would cost & would be there the same day.The tradesman was very pleasant & turned up when he said he would and fixed the blockage. Good job well done.Thanks.

Bathroom drainage problem. Called in the afternoon and got the appointment for the next morning.
Pete was the engineer was on the job. He called to let me know he was on the way. After an initial look it was decided it was a 2 man job. Returned the next morning and gave it a blast and all is well again.
Pete was polite and explained the processes. Happy with the result.

Pete was the engineer was on the job. He called to let me know he was on the way. After a few checks he quickly diagnosed where the blockage was. After a few water blast the fat-burg came out. More blasting and testing cleared the blockage.
Pete was polite and explained the processes. Happy with the result.

John attended on a Sunday to determine cause of WC blockage. He was really helpful and ensured he explained the issues thoroughly.

Attended again the following day and John and Lewis dealt with the issue quickly and professionally.

Dyno Rod is efficient and satisfactorily undertook its job of unblocking a blocked upstairs bathroom toilet. However in its checklist of job done after completion of the job, it offers me no guarantee after 3 months if the same problem arise again. I chose Dyno Rod because at the outset I was offered a guarantee. The checklist specified that the problem arose owing to "tissue misuse". I would challenge this as I do not misuse tissues. I would put the problem down to not flushing the whole tank of water properly by not holding down the button for flushing the toilet until tank is emptied and thus the tissues build up over time. However, credit to Dyno Rod for doing a thorough check of the water system to make sure it diagnosed the problem accurately.

First call was answered by extremely helpful lady who promised she would try and get me somebody to be at my property by 1pm . I was travelling a long distance to attend I felt she really cared about my problem . She was superb I had engineer arrive at 1pm.
To add to the above service the man who arrived was quite simply superb friendly engaging helpful you could not have met a better man . Truly 5 STAR service !!!!!

I booked online for a drain to be cleared. I booked it for anytime between 8am and 6pm on a specific date. On that day I had a phone call about 9.30am to say that someone round be around in a few mins to do it. He came, was very polite and pleasant, did the job quickly, filled in the firms online there and then do that I had my required documents immediately. Very good

Easy to book an appointment for an engineer to come and unblock a kitchen drain which was preventing our boiler working and use of dishwasher, washing machine and sink. Pete called us 20 minutes ahead of arrival to check in with us and confirm the problem to be addressed. He located the blockage from outside the property and cleared it with high pressure hose. He clearly explained the causes and the steps he was taking to remedy. Pete was very polite and professional in all aspects of the service.

James was amazing! Totally fixed my blocked pipe/drain that has been causing kitchen sink drainage issues for over a year. After 5 hours hard work he completely cleared it. 4 other previous attempts with other companies had not managed to help at all. James was informative and friendly and he used all the tools available, called in colleagues when necessary and refused to give in! I am so grateful as it’s been a huge daily problem for me, so any future drainage issue I’ll be calling on him again 100% I’m absolutely delighted!! 🤩

Great service, engineer called to say what time he would be arriving, a friendly and professional guy, came across as very experienced, he checked out the problem which he was unable to resolve due to a bigger problem with the pipework, he worked out the details to get a quote and response was within 24 hours. Would definitely use again
