Unbeatable fees
I have been working with e-Payouts since they got in business and after working with pretty much every big platform out there. While it does not have all the bells and whistles of some of its competitors, there's no match for their fees. If you are looking for a high-risk payments processor with multiple local payment options beyond card and bank transfer, e-Payouts will give you the lowest rates in the market.

I have been working with e-Payouts for a few months and have only had positive experiences. Onboarding was quick and easy, implementation was just as quick and easy and payments from their company to ours have been on time and accurate. I would recommend their company!

Used to be good, until now.
E-Payouts is a payment gateway for a high risk and low risk business.
After 1 year of working with them, my business experimented some tecnical problems, enough reasons for them to shut down my account and hold the funds for 180 days, damaging my business even more.
If you dont tolerate downtimes in high risk businesses, dont call yourself a high risk gateway.
Almost ruined my entire business.

This client made a purchase through one of our aggregators, the money was collected by us, but we can't offer the service purchase we just process the payment, In this case we contact the supplier of the service and ask for them to help asap to the customer. Sorry you had a bad experience

As many times before you have been informed you did somenthing ilegal in order to access to our services and the banks figure it out. if you had follow the legal steps you would have received your money as all our customers do.
Pague 2 semanas y me robaron.
Realizar un pago y que ellos te den vueltas durante 2 semanas.. Y prácticamente me robaron ya que siguen sin darme las cosas que compre. La peor compañía. No la recomiendo, el soporte es horrible le hablas te clavan el visto o te boludean..
