Came in the mail really quickly. From first use I was amazed at the sound quality of these earbuds, I haven’t had any issues yet. There are plenty of different sizes of buds, I couldn’t imagine someone not being able to find one that fits. Overall these are awesome!

Fantastic service and SO super helpful..
I couldn’t get a replacement set of ear-tips for my Lypertek Tevi Earbuds; the original eartips that came with the new Lypertek earbuds had degraded (after only about 4-5 months) and I had looked everywhere online - and I mean everywhere - and finally I happened upon “Earspan”
The Earspan Customer Service were amazing, and even though it was a very small order they went well above and beyond your average customer services by guiding me towards some non-Lypertek Tevi eartips they had in stock.. this was a lifesaver for me, because otherwise I’d have had a set of new Earbuds that I couldn’t wear, and *Lypertek TEVI do NOT provide a “SPARE set of eartips” to be bought post- purchase of their Earbuds .. (at least, not in Australia 🇦🇺!)
EarSpan sent me 4 eartips to try to see which fitted best on my Lypertek Tevi earbuds (& was the best fit, for my ears) and then helped me with guidance on how to complete this little transaction.
I couldn’t speak more highly of them ..
They were terrific throughout my queries, patient with my questions, supportive & helpful from beginning to end, even though it was - for them - a very small transaction!!

The headphones were delivered quickly and well-packed. The box however was missing the foam Earbuds.

The earphones worked on the phone I paired them with and then the Mike stopped working after I paired them with my laptop. To be fair I have sent the customer service team an email and they may make everything ok...but right now, I have headphones I can't use for meetings, which is why I bought them

These are great! Easily paired with my phone , sound is as good if not better than my jabra 85t and jaybird vista . The case is solid. Definitely won't forget it in your pocket. Battery lasts all day. Very comfortable fit. I've sweat all over them in a marathon and at work and the work fine. If I have to find something wrong with them , Triple press to change song sucks and I don't think it can be changed.
