I am absolutely appalled with the terrible service I received from Eastern Western Accident Repair Centre. I was instructed by my insurer to use this so-called "approved BMW repairer," but to my disbelief, the estimator casually mentioned he doesn't even work on BMW vehicles! As I was instructed by my insurer, I had no choice but to proceeded with this repairer, only to have them cause an additional fault to my vehicle during the repair.

What's even more infuriating is that this incompetent repair centre failed to complete the appropriate safety checks before releasing the vehicle back to me. This is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer safety. To add insult to injury, they have now refused to complete the necessary rectification work and have completely ignored my complaint.

I am beyond disappointed and would strongly advise anyone to avoid Eastern Western Accident Repair Centre at all costs. Their negligence, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction are astounding! I have reported them to Trading & Standards Edinburgh.

From start to finish , buying a used Mazda from Eastern Westren was so easy and hassle free. Sale executive Scott McDonald was nothing but superb handling all aspects of my buying experience. Nothing was too much hassle. Second car I have purchased from Eastern Western. Excellent all round. Many thanks again Scott.

Be very careful when dealing with Western VW. I was charged £408 for a MOT, front brake pads and liner replacement and a new tyre. KWIK-FIT a fraction of the cost. I checked after paying as I felt that £408 was an outrageous sum. Zero luck having complained to VW. I would avoid at all costs in the future. Buyer beware!
