The process was very long they clerk wasn’t very clear on instructions or the process of the application or how long it was gonna take to get all the paperwork done took a maximum of 3.5 hours from start to finish

Okay overall
The woman that helped me apply was very knowledgeable and helpful but I haven’t received my loan yet, so congratulating or thanking me for receiving it and asking to do a survey when all I have been doing for the past 3 days is check my email and my bank account.
