Hi Marcin,
I've checked your order and it was placed on a bank holiday Monday, was shipped on the next working day ( Tuesday ) and delivered on Wednesday with DPD ( https://track.dpd.co.uk/parcels/15502652100494*19482 ) this means it was dispatched and delivered exactly on time.

I would of given a five only I am confused on delivery, I paid for next day delivery of £4.95 yet I didn’t receive until the day after, this happened twice. When I reported this to them that I hadn’t had the goods ,they tracked my item and told me when it was going to be delivered and apologized to me and said they will refund the money over paid for the delivery I thought that was decent of them.

Hi Jamie,
Sorry for the delay in getting your order out, unfortunately our suppliers are running a little slower than normal due to having staff on furlough, as do we. Your order will go out soon, if you have any queries please email Paul on info@echosupplements.com and he will get back to you.

Hi Pablo,
Your order has been refunded now - apologies that the postage charge has gone up, unfortunately shipments to EU from UK have gone up dramatically due to a combination of Brexit and Covid.

Unfortunately they were unable to source the item I had purchased but kept me updated and when I requested a product in its place, they did not hesitate to send it to me, even though it was slightly more expensive.
Top notch customer service!

Ordered on the 28th of March.... still waiting I had to contact the company who stated they are waiting for stock to come in before it could be dispatched (thought it would have been the other way round). Or show product out of stock rather than process the order and take the money.

Hi Danny,
Your order says 5-7 working days for dispatch because the Ostarine was marked as out of stock when you ordered. Unfortunately due to the Easter bank holiday weekend things are running a little behind but your order should be dispatched early next week.

Good discounts and customer service. Still waiting for delivery.
Echo have good discount deals on SARMS, provide good customer service and have never let me down on speedy delivery. Unfortunately, my most recent order placed on 22 March has still not arrived (its now 6 April).
Echo say they are doing all they can to get the products from the suppliers.

Good products at great prices
I have ordered from Echo Supplement many times and without fail they deliver very fast and products are always of great quality.
I always look out for the offers usually around payday which is towards end of month. The offers are usually between 10-20% off certain products which is great and always saved me the extra pounds.
