Eclipse Travel Reviews

Eclipse Travel organised a wonderful six week trip for me in South America. Having the planning and bookings done by experts made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. 13 flights, 5 countries, and numerous guided tours. Everything worked so smoothly, and the quality of the recommended hotels was great.

Easy to deal with, answered all my questions promptly. Clear precise information

A good experience from start to finish. My wife and I booked a small- ship voyage in West Papua/ Raja Ampat which was to some extent exploratory, being the first time the shipping company had sailed there. In fact, the locals in one small village were very excited as it was the very first time a cruise ship had visited their village.
Given that this trip was a little out of the ordinary, in the weeks leading up to departure I had several questions/ issues needing clarification. Meike of Eclipse Travel, and her colleague Allison were always ready to assist and were prompt in finding the information I required. It was their pleasure to ensure that they did all in their power to give us the best holiday they could .. .. even contacting me after noticing (unasked) that a more suitable cabin had become available and effecting the switch. This really did enhance our holiday experience.

Meike took time to contact me after the trip to find out how things went, especially since it was a "first time" adventure. I'm sure this will be of use when advising future clients.

You will do well to book with Eclipse Travel.

Eclipse organised our holiday to Antarctica and Africa.
Their consultant Tiffany was very understanding of our needs and was able to co ordinate our travels with total efficiency. Highly recommend Eclipse

Eclipse were brilliant. Daniel, in Australia, planned everything down to the last detail. On arrival in South America, in each country, their local representative contacted us immediately and made sure everything ran smoothly.
Had multiple issues with the airlines during our travels, (nothing to do with Eclipse), and Eclipse helped us every step and saved us a lot of stress. Very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them!

The planning was meticulous
At every airport we were met by a friendly driver/guide and this made our travel so much easier.
A well put together itinerary !

We recently completed a multi-country South America trip with Eclipse Travel covering Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, and Bolivia — and it was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish.

A special mention has to go to our travel consultant Daniel, who was outstanding throughout the entire planning process. He was incredibly patient, took the time to truly listen to what we wanted from the trip, and used that to suggest the perfect itinerary for us. It never felt like a cookie-cutter package — Daniel's recommendations were tailored, thoughtful, and spot-on.

That level of personal attention really showed in the quality of the itinerary. Coordinating five countries is no small feat, and every leg of the journey felt carefully designed rather than rushed or generic. The pacing between destinations was perfect, giving us enough time to genuinely immerse ourselves in each place. Logistics — transfers, accommodation check-ins, internal travel — were seamlessly stitched together, which made a huge difference when navigating such varied terrain and time zones.

What also stood out was the caliber of vendors and partners Eclipse works with. The service across every hotel, tour operator, and local experience was exceptional, with an attention to detail that made each moment feel special. It's clear that Eclipse is very selective about who they partner with, and it truly elevates the entire experience.

The range of destinations was breathtaking: the dramatic landscapes of Patagonia, the vibrant energy of Buenos Aires, the lush Amazon, the iconic ruins of Machu Picchu, and the surreal salt flats of Bolivia. Each felt like a distinct, unforgettable chapter of the trip.

Eclipse Travel delivered a world-class adventure across one of the most diverse continents on the planet. If you get the chance to work with Daniel, don't hesitate — he genuinely goes above and beyond. We already can't wait to plan our next trip.

Eclipse is a trustworthy travel company with very competitive prices. They have great social skills & are very easy to deal with. That's why I keep using them.

Eclipse organized everything to make our Galapagos trip a wonderful, smooth experience that we are very grateful for! Flights, accommodation, tour guides and the amazing 12 days cruising the stunning Galápagos Islands. Our consultant Meike and the team were in constant contact and were there for anything we needed at any time with advice and help! We 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again for our future travel.

Great experience working with Tiffany at Eclipse Travel on our trip to Patagonia. She arranged great accommodations at the Eco Camp in Torres Del Paine National Park and Epic activities for my wife and I over the 56 days of our stay.

I was very happy with the easy communication with Lara from Eclipse travel. She was very informative regarding travelling in South America & particularly the Galapagos. Her expertise in helping me decide which cruise to do, how long to stay & activities on board really made my trip perfect.

We booked a South America and Antartica trip with Eclipse Travel, from the very beginning of booking, throughout our journey they have been nothing but amazing! Their customer service and commitment of my husband and I having the most unforgettable journey was second to none. I highly recommend booking through Eclipse Travel and especially Meike.

Our trip to Antarctica was just amazing!!! Every detail was taken care of. This made for a worry free holiday experience. The white continent was the most amazing experience. We were struck by the silence and beauty of this pristine environment. A rare and wonderful experience to be in a place not inhabited by humans.

We went to Chile and Argentina on a customized tour. We had a fantastic time. The local partners were very well organized and efficient. All transfers and pickups went like clockwork. The only time a route we were going to take was closed the company were onto it quickly to organize an alternative to get us to our next destination on time.
The one thing is that the tours organized for us came thick and fast. I would suggest that if takes all day getting from one location to another, (for example a long transit stop or long bus ride) be sure to ask for a free day to be inserted in the schedule for the next day.

Very professionally organised and the trip all went smoothly.

Our tour was well-organised and went smoothly apart from a long flight delay on our departure from Sydney with LATAM. This delay meant we would miss our connecting flight from Santiago to buenos Aires but Eclipse helped us work out what to do about it.
Our Antarctica and South Georgia cruise with Swan Hellenic went very well. After that, Eclipse had organised our trip to Peru for 6 days and it all went very smoothly. Our guides and drivers were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. We recommend booking with Eclipse for their efficiency and attention to any problems that might occur.

Luke does a great job in building custom trips for us. He takes everything we want to see and do and puts it into a grade-A itinerary. Basically, he makes our vacation dreams a reality. He's very communicative (despite the 12 hour time difference), and the review and booking processes are super easy.

Very comfortable itinerary, very good organisation and service, best travel agent for South America

The Columbia itinerary for two weeks was very good as was the guide. Enjoyed traveling with small group

Tiffany Chek was our booking agent and she did a splendid job.
All the bookings were precise and all the travel connections went off without a hitch.
