Should be able to sign-in as a guest if you don't plan to shop that often for the items available. Wouldn't allow my computer to automatically fill in all the redundant information. Didn't see where you could print copy of bill. Did speak with Customer Support before making order and received excellent service.

Had problems with your shipping before. Horrible. Now $20 for ground shipping on a small, fraction of of a pound product. Your making a profit on shipping on top of the large margin for this product. Last time.

While I just made this purchase. I can not comment on anything other than the website was the most helpful site in determining what I and my installer decided I needed. Bought a Mitsubishi Mini Split system & the accessories page was very helpful. Also the kits look to be a good value.

I had to use my credit card and enter 5 times before it went thru. I had to cll my credit card company to see that you had charged me twice with two credits that canceled out my order. On your site it said my credit card wasn't approved, but the 5th time it finally went thru. You need to check your site.

Is there a way to have ZERO stars, because this experience was a nightmare.

To buy online? Across the country?

Pros:
Ordered on a Thursday, Shipped on Friday.
Low prices.

Cons:
Shipper scheduled delivery that next Friday.
Shipper called Tuesday to schedule delivery for Friday.
Shipper failed to call on Friday, that delivery would not happen.
Rescheduled for Tuesday, unit arrived damaged.
Company that packed the unit did not even put the wall unit ON the pallet, it was
wrapped against the main unit with cellophane wrap.

Called eComfort, got a not too empathetic CSR.

So far two days off work, will need to take another day for replacement delivery.

One not too happy AC service tech, that Im rescheduling again.

Pros:
I refused delivery, eComfort will send out a replacement.

Is it worth it?

No.

I change my review to a 1.
eComfort just called me back, and stated the shipping company stated I kept part of the order. Refuses to send out a new one.
I guess Im a thief.

They don't want my business.

advertized product on both Amazon and Sears at a great price. Supplied the wrong part and then would not stand behind there advertised price for the product. Not to be trusted.

Spoke with Chris in customer service on the phone to ask some detailed questions. He answered them all. I am looking forward to receiving my hydronic radiator towel bar very soon.
