Excellent service, quality build and amazing communication every step of the way

I needed to relocate my company's office so got quotes from three companies. Eden Garden Rooms was competitive and the only company to use an eco "floating" base. Wes and his team were a delight to deal with from start to (very quick) finish. I am thrilled with the result and can thoroughly recommend Eden Garden Rooms.

The addition of our garden room has transformed the back of our garden!! We love our well-crafted, highly spec'd room.

We talked to three other companies but the swift response, can-do attitude and build time offered by Eden made them stand out from the crowd. The deal was sealed when we visited two other high-quality garden rooms built recently by Eden in the area. Both sets of owners highly praised the construction team, with one couple telling us they missed the friendly builders when they left!

Our planning was exciting and straightforward and the build team was diligent and communicative with attention to detail. Duncan visited several times to make sure everything was going well.

The garden room is a bar - a space for our 21 year old to invite his friends and for us to ask people over for apéritifs; it's also a yoga room and a sanctuary where I'm going to start painting. I particularly like our corner window.

When we recently had trouble with our internet Stephen came and sorted it out, going above and beyond.

We couldn't be happier with the final result and we can highly recommend Eden to anyone who wants a high-quality, well-finished building with great planning ideas and decent, diligent builders.

I can not recommend this company highly enough. They are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I had the outhouses (one gym, and one office) built at the same time as a big renovation of my house, and I often wished that Eden Garden rooms could have built the main house! Whilst my main builders always seemed to have a problem, never turned up when they said they would and were a nightmare to deal with, Eden Garden Rooms were efficient, conscientious, always did what they said they would and the quality of the rooms is first rate. Things arrived on time, things got done properly, everyone from the initial sales contact to the survey to the installation team itself were a delight to deal with. I had some follow up complications (an overzealous council planner trying to insist I needed planning permission rather than relying on permitted development rights), and Eden Garden Rooms stepped right in and resolved the issue. This was some 6 months after installation, so the fact that they were as keen and responsive after all the invoices had been paid is testament to their professionalism and quality. A brilliant company, I would use them again in a heart beat.

3 years after Eden installed our garden office, we had an issue with a sticky sliding patio door. I rang to get some advice, not sure what to expect, and they sent round an engineer free of charge to investigate and resolve the problem. What incredible after care service. Thank you Eden!

They built us a fantastic Garden Room at the rear of our terraced property and navigated our dog leg hallway without leaving so much as a dirty mark.

Everyone we interacted with was first class from Wes, to Kellie to Max and Duncan the owner.

So this is the 2nd Garden room from Eden. I was one of their early customer back in 2010, and just moved house, and went straight back to them again after 10 years use of the 1st version. I was very happy with the quality 10 years ago, and it looks as though they have become even more proficient on the detailing in the last 10 years. VERY VERY happy. Still a small enough company to give you what feels like a personal service, whilst being large enough to offer the best design and specification. Complete in less than 2 weeks by a team who really knew what they were doing. They had difficult access, everything having to go through our house, but they took great care and were a pleasant bunch to have around for 2 weeks. Prices have gone up, but that's understandable given that everyone wants one of these at the moment, and the quality of the materials and workmanship involved. Was particularly impressed by the screw piles, which are an improvement over previous foundations IMO. Currently looking at planning permission for a 3rd purchase for the front of the house. 5 Stars without doubt
