Horrible experience
Horrible experience. We have waited over a year to have our yard done. We have had nothing but problems with Jason Grimes of Viridian Landscapes or DBA Edge Custom Pools. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with any contractor. He is hardly on site and his workers are given different instructions. He didn't follow plans or agreed on designs. We have cracks in our walls we have water in our trampoline that has never drained. He has had to redo almost ever part of our yard and when we ask him to fix things he claims it is our fault and that it was a change not on the plan. In one case he was building a fireplace and I went out to stop him because it was being built wrong. I asked if he had seen the agreed on design and the worker said he had never seen a design. I went in and printed it out and took it out to him and he said he had never seen it or heard that there was a plan. Also we found out he never pulled a permit for our fireplace. We also overpaid him and he has yet to return the money that was paid to him once he left the job and we had to hire someone else to finish. It was a deposit for rock and no rock was purchased . He also never once provided any accounting or invoices even though we asked for the repeatedly.
