Everything seemed to go on smoothly until when I started learning about withdrawals. I made first request of withdrwal from local bank transfer for USD 340 which later on I canceled after few hours when it was not processing as I had the option to cancel .

Meanwhile I tried 2nd option that is crypto withdrwal. My real issues raised here , I mistakenly selected whole the amount usd 37,000 and then took a selfie for biometric verification by withdrwal proceeding unit. It was considered only hardware requirement on mobile which happens sometime in few mobile devices. Later on I waited long for the withdrwal approval without realizing that my account will be suspended. I did talk to live agent meanwhile for the withdrwal and they said withdrwal is about to be approved.

Later on , same day received a mail which says , consider this mail formal termination of our partnership relationship without mentioning the law or real cause and sending me letter of warning which normally happens in commercial settings around the world. I was surprised with mail but did realized the meaning of it and as per requirement of mail i submitted 4 different verification documents which were accepted and my identity was recognized by them for withdrwal of my original investment.

Later on when I logged in my account my funds was siezed. I realized the issue and then sent an email complaint related options and asked for the reason. Before that I was told by a live agent that this could be verification failure based on wrong selfie. There was no wrong selfie as It was mine. In my emails , I explained my versions that it was my selfie and had the attached documents and verification to prove it was my account however I was yet to receive any formal communication explaining the law , fact and real cause of account suspension and funds seizure.

Many live agent have clearly mentioned that the matter is closed and decision is binding which I think totally against the agreement and against law that hard earned money is kept with out due course and proper explanation and out of proportion. Taking my money is a serious thing against small verification issue which could easily be resolved by asking new verification through documents , video , live call. I was frustrated and lost for what to do next when folco'---,capitals,... got involved with a team of seasoned experts who took charge and corrected everything, getting all my funds released

They took on my case, analysed the situation, and resolved the problem. Without them, I would have lost everything. I am furious with that company.
