Fast Park was the perfect choice. Used the 1hr free parking for the twilight drop off the night before. Parking at Fast Park is so simple and accessible. I will definitely use the service again.

I pre booked parking in January for a trip in May in plane parking carpark. When I arrived the car park was completely full with people double parking/ parking over the ends of the rows. I drove round for more than 40 minutes before deciding to park in an electric charging space (the only ones available) and speaking to the person on duty via the speaker at the barrier to tell them what I had done.
This added unnecessary stress to my journey, and there were numerous other people in the same situation that day. Why take people’s money, and then over book your car park 🤷‍♀️. I won’t be using this car park again.

Very easy, help there if required, not bad value

I followed the instructions and got parked even though the car park was busy. When I returned and put my ticket in the machine at the exit it came up that I had to pay £390 but spoke to a gentleman on the call service and he opened the barrier no problem thank you very much a great service.

The booking process was easy.
As my wife needs assistance, ie a wheelchair, this could have proved difficult as on arrival at the bust stop at the terminal, you are a good 10 minutes away. However, we were lucky as someone had left a wheelchair at the drop off point, so we used it. This would have been very inconvenient, leaving the disabled person whilst you went away to find a wheelchair.

Theirs is a press for help button nearby but this wasn’t obvious, and the assistance dept isn’t always open.

The walk to the terminal is only partially covered. If it’s raining g tire going to get wet!

Clearer information about how assistance passengers can use the service should be highlighted.

Parking was easy and the shuttle bus regular and a few minutes to the terminal the only downside is that on trying to exit, it said I had to pay, even though I had pre paid at time of booking. Few minutes to sort and then all good.
The only other downside was when I returned my car was filthy, as there is construction work going on near by and all the dust, soul had been blowing in and settled on my car, that my work tomorrow, cleaning the car

First time parking with a weekend deal in the multi storey , had an early morning flight and return and it was amazing just to drive straight in , take the lift to second floor and immediately proceed through dedicated fast track corridor with the parking ticket.
Took the stress right out of my departure and from arrival at the airport was flight side in around 12 mins.

Used the parking a few times and nothing to complain about, fantastic service and value for money.

We paid £60 to stay for less than 4 days. Unfortunately couldn’t exit the car park without being advised we owed £270. The call for assistance button didn’t seem to work. There was no telephone number to call anyone and we had to fill out an online form that asked for more detail than a full medical health check. Still await a response infact. We were just expected to pay £270 in order to leave. However on one final attempt to exist the car park, after trying a third turnstile managed to speak to someone helpful who advised it was an error. However, the damage of anxiety and stressed this caused put a dampener on the trip away. Awful.

Hassle free, close to main entrance doors and extremely helpful location for one of our party who has accessibility issues.

Good value compared to my local airport parking charges.

When we arrived at the airport we tried to get in level one and two but they were full. When trying to get into level three we were told by a workman it was closed and not to use level four ether as it was going to be closed soon. That left level five the roof as the only level not the best when it’s cold and windy.
After our ten day holiday we arrived back at Edinburgh airport and went up to the roof when we arrived there and alighted the lift we were confronted by gates over the exit doors felling up it was closed and to find another entrance. We had two heavy suitcases and hand luggage. My partner also needs special assistance so that was not an option. I moved the gates to find luckily that the exit doors to the car pert were still open so we used them there were only three cars left in that car park us being one of them. Not the best experience when we were trying to have an easy holiday

Good sized spaces, clean area, not enough bus stops long travel distances for people with luggage.

Excellent service .
Only slight issue was the heating controls were all turned up to max (in the beatwave) which was a great joke but very annoying. All controls (and radios) should not be changed by parking staff. (Please)
