An impressive suite of tools. I am very much looking forward to getting started with the platform.

I chose eDirectory because of the features and having several options to customize my site. I left out one star because of the extra costs in hosting, add-ons, service etc that I thought came with the product. Overall, it is one of the pricier options out there, but hopefully the support and service are great enough to get me setup these first 30 days.

I have had a great experience working with the eDirectory team and I look forward to our long term relationship with eDirectory!

Really like the hands on service and zoom calls when shopping for the directory service. All of my questions and needs for this type of service were professionally handled. I was sold on the many features that I had been creating by hand for each business in my directory. I look forward to utilizing the many add ons as well!

The process of signing up was very smooth. The features was an integral reason why I decided to go with edirectory

I have had an idea for years, but couldn't find the right platform to make it a reality. Edirectory is what I was looking for! Service has been great and very responsive. It is 'simple' but it is so expandable it can grow with my business.

I think eDirectory is a great platform with a ton of features for any type of directory. I'm very happy to have the product and I anticipate a wonderful experience with all the options offered in the administration dashboard.

After developing more of a dynamic with the team, I'm convinced they really have the interest of my project at heart and makes full effort in the ability to understand my concerns and provide concrete solutions.

The product sells itself! It's robust enough to handle even the most complicated setups. I'm looking forward to creating an eye-catching directory with world-class, front-end user experiences with eDirectory's platform!

Software UI looks very neat, but it is buggy. Live support is only good for answering simple questions. Anything else requires them to escalate it and you will not hear back from them for days or weeks.

Presales is amazing. Aftersales is awful. Support is terribly slow and often not solving the issue. Go somewhere else if you need a product that works out of the box.

eDirectory was a no brainer for us! All the features we need - including tiered listings!

I had a checklist of features that we needed to proceed and all of them were there. Also administration looks super easy. So far so good !

He was beyond great in assisting me with setup and allowed me to ask any questions i needed.

So far so good. Not much to rate, since I just signed up. However the early black Friday special was a deal I couldn't resist.

When I spoke to Daniel he was very helpful. He answered all my questions and took his time to explain things I didn't understand. I am new to directories and was never made to feel as my questions were stupid. I really like the fact that he gave me time after we spoke to play with the system and make my decision. He didn't make me feel I had to do it right now or he didn't have time to answer my questions. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. One of your competitors was on the phone with me literally 5 minutes and said he had to hang up now and did. I also like the fact that there were enough features for me to start and not have to pay out more money. There are other features that I will add later, but for now I can have a great directory.
