We had never imported anything and bought a Sambar from Japan. They talked me through filling out the info and the broker was very responsive via the chat feature. Will use them again when we import another car.

Do it yourself import!
I have never imported anything before, but they helped me get my car here and it was actually quite simple. It's not as cheap as doing it yourself but it's way easier and you don't actually have to go to the specific port to do a bunch of paperwork a week before it arrives. Chances are, if you're importing a car this is the best way to do it without spending a ton on a professional
