Like other people I have never used this service but have been charged every month for several years. They never sent any email or notified me in anyway about the charges. They also increased the amount without notice of any kind. I have never used this service and have never had any need for this kind of service. Plus I have never heard of this company. This is nothing but a scam for a service few if any still uses.
