Our delivery driver from EFS TOFS Burnley (James) has been our driver for over a year now. He is always such a pleasant guy and goes out his way to support the store at all times. Nothing is too much trouble for James - he helps with manoeuvring our pallets into our stockroom and always communicates extremely well during the delivery process of where we want our items to go and what's to be sent back to depot. When we have a new trainee - James also helps with showing them what to scan, explains the process throughout and always leaves with a smile on his face. A real asset to our company!

Martin wild delivers to my store every thursday and everytime he arrives he arrives with a smile, deliveries are very quick and efficient. he is an excellent trailer driver and parks with amazing precision... also very considerate with customers if they are parked in a bay near him. keep up the good work and see ya soon Martin!😁
