I had a combo new kitchen using some of the old units, and the removal of a wall to create a bigger space. As soon as the work started, a problem with the ceiling was identified. Everyone at Ekco was brilliant - work had to stop, but they found someone who could help fix the problem, offered temporary kitchen units/appliances whilst the work was being done and generally cared about what was happening! There's no way a big faceless kitchen company would have been so supportive. The kitchen is all done now and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly what Kaitlyn and I designed. Gary (the fitter) was so lovely and very patient will all my 'tweaks' and requests, and Alex (the builder) and his crew were amazing. Highly recommend - especially if your house isn't quite square...

We got a garden room from this’s company in February and I can honestly say that the service, product and professionalism from this company was exceptional! From the planning stages right through to the end , everyone that was involved in our project went above and beyond . Well done and a huge thank you.

Emma was a real pleasure to deal with from day one, creating a beautiful kitchen and utility design for our new build home. Nothing was too much trouble for Emma and the Ekco team! Huge thanks to Emma, Katie, Martyn, Lisa, Amy and Matt. We would definitely recommend Ekco to all of our family and friends, we are delighted with the end results. This is an update on the review I left on the 25th of February. A director phoned on the 26th asking me to take down the post, which I refused to do as I had taken the first one down at the end of last year on the promise they would resolve all outstanding issues. His answer after all this time was unbelievably as he phrased it "A Good Will Gesture" to replace 6 tiles which his company had bought at "Great Expense " ( there is at least 20 tiles much lighter than the rest) and they would adjust the shower door which has leaked from the day it was fitted, as somebody from ECKO has already tried to readjust it I'm a bit dubious about the outcome on that, no mention of the silver fittings which turned white in the first week nor any refund on the plastering that was never done and the two day's of tiling
(one day for the walls and the other day for the floor) which they took upon themselves to condense into one day resulting in my toilet being unusable till after nine pm that evening knowing as I had already explained that I needed use of the bathroom as I was not long out of hospital with acute renal failure. As the conversation with the gentleman I was speaking to was clearly going nowhere I asked if could speak to someone more senior than himself, to which he replied I couldn't speak to anyone higher than him and then unbelievably he went on to say if I wanted to have my bathroom retiled he would give me a discount on the retail price !! bearing in mind they put up the tiles which were clearly different batch numbers as their representative said as soon as he walked into the bathroom (I have never asked to have the bathroom retiled and I was quite happy to compromise and accept if they could just replace the 20 or so tiles which are clearly different batch numbers) but in a burst of temper he decided to withdraw his goodwill gesture of 6 replacement tiles !!! and until I gave him an formal apology (for what I'm not quite sure) he would no longer deal with me nor my faulty fifteen thousand pound bathroom

Contacted EKCO when we were looking to replace the bathroom which they had installed for us over 20 years ago. The service from the initial visit to the showroom, through to completion of the installation was excellent. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The tradesmen kept any disruption and noise/ mess to a minimum. The area where they were working was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. The sales staff kept in regular contact, ensuring that we were up to speed with what was happening as well as ensuring that there were no issues and that we were happy with the installation and the finished product.

EKCO fitted our bifold doors 12 years ago. Excellent work done. No issues in any way.
Had them back for maintenance, again no issues. The guys did the job and cleaned up behind them. Very helpful.
I've recommended EKCO to friends who have just had bifold doors fitted. They were extremely happy with the entire process. I would recommend again and again.

Brian and the installation team arrived exactly on time, if not slightly earlier but politely waited for us before they started.
The team worked efficiently & tidily. They answered any questions we had and took time to explain the workings of the door including lock system, drainage channels, warranty registration.
We are thrilled with our 3 panel patio doors! The quality is exceptional and the aesthetics are stunning.
Craig at Ekco was a huge help from the start. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with our countless queries! He guided us well to allow us to make our final choice on the doors.

Great company, I was looking for an exterior door for my house. The whole team was very professional and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the process. From choosing and customising my door to installing it, everybody I interacted with was great.
Best quality aluminium doors, reasonably priced and expertly fitted. Would recommend!

Excellent service from EKCO. The new family bathroom and downstairs WC both surpass our expectations. From the excellent design right through to the finished works, could not be happier. Every member of the EKCO team was a credit to the company. Excellent customer service and a very skilled workforce.

My initial experience with Ecko wasn’t great but I needed them to come back and fix my bi-fold that wouldn’t close properly, it’s been a few years since they were installed so wasn’t expecting much !
But much to my surprise it seems things have changed at Ecko and from my first contact to Brian coming out to fix the problem it’s been a pleasure !

Ekco were excellent in dealing with remedial work required to my Origin bi-fold doors. The office staff were very good at ordering the parts i required and arranging a date and time for the work to be carried out. A text was sent on the day to confirm when the installation team were arriving.
The installation teams were very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and safely. I also received some very helpful after care advice and information.
I would definitely recoment EKCO.

From original survey, through to order, installation and excellent after sales service of Origin critall doors. I have had a 5 star experience. Communication has been excellent, everybody turned up when scheduled even down to a text with tracker attached for installation team! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ekco. Special mentions have to go to Euan and Brian and his apprentice for the installation.

I had excellent service from EKCO with the replacement of bi-fold doors with a standard door. The fitters were very professional. They minimised disturbance, kept the site very clean, kept me informed and consulted with me at appropriate points in the job. I am very pleased with the new door. I recommend EKCO.

From start to finish, the experience with Ekco has been brilliant. I visited the showroom and had a quick meeting then a follow up at my home to take measurements. I had access to the installation team who answered questions and on the day, the team was brilliant, working quickly and clearing up afterwards. The after care has been exceptional with good communication. All in all, I am delighted with the service provided.

From start to finish EKCO have been brilliant. They helped design my kitchen then fitted that as well as knocking down a wall into my livingroom. All the guys that did the work were brilliant and so nice. Emma has been brilliant too helping me decide on units etc. Great quality goods and a pleasure to deal with every step of the way

I cannot recommend the team at Ekco highly enough. They were incredible from the very beginning, helping us decide the best style of door. When we had issues with other part of our building works and the team were very accommodating and understanding when we need to change the install date. The fitting of the sliding doors was completely to a high standard with much care and consideration and minimal mess. After the install we unfortunately discovered marks within the glass, the team sorted out the issue without a problem, they also went above and beyond with the finishing touches. Really knowledgeable and enthusiastic team, who took care and consideration throughout the whole job. I would definitely use them again, and have already been recommending them to friends.

Had a problem with my bifolds that Ekco fitted over 10 years ago, which I’d have thought was wear and tear, but after initial examination they said the parts were under warranty, and just had to pay a service fee.

Appointment got bumped a couple of times (by agreement) due to their schedule, but they then turned up early on the third time, got stuck straight in, took a couple of hours to replace pretty much all the running gear and lock, and left the doors operating like new.

Friendly, professional, and great to see the engineer had an apprentice with him, not enough vocational training these days imo.

Super service. Would use again (if the doors actually ever need replacing, but think they will outlast the house 😏)

Turned up bang on time,got stuck in fitted microwave in no time . Took us through all directions. Very happy with the engineer who fitted the oven which was fitted so quick I didn’t catch his name, but he was brilliant 👍

Great design and customer service coupled with great installation service. The small number of issues were rectified quickly and to our satisfaction. Special mention to Emma and Gary that made the whole experience seamless. We would definitely recommend Ecko.
