Electric Bargin Store does have great prices but if you need to return something watch out. The customer service is very scripted and they really can’t give you any information because all their communications are via email to other so-called departments. I ordered lights and on their website it said it would take 2 to 3 weeks. A week later I get an email that said the lights are ordered will be delivered in for another six weeks but if I wanted to get a different color it could come in sooner sooner, meaning only about a week or two earlier. If I would’ve known that I was going to have this hassle, I would have not bought from Electric Bargin and I will never buy from them again.

Had the product I needed at a great price. Helpful in making sure I was getting the right product. Web site was a little bit wonky, would not work using Microsoft Edge browser. I had to download Google Chrome to make it work.

On time, right lights, simple delivery, installed & functioning

Received all 8 smoke detectors 4 regular smoke detectors 2 heat detectors and 2 smoke and co detectors.I am vary satisfied with the company and the service.

After order was placed received an email that product would take an additional 6-8 weeks delivery let them know if I would like to proceed or cancel. That time line did not work for me so I needed to cancel. The customer rep was very rude about this and accused me of finding the lights cheaper elsewhere. They are the ones who would not have what i needed. I would NEVER shop here!!!!!!!!

Received product in a good time and both units were easy to install (came with needed adapter for older model) and both worked !

They had the item I wanted. Ordering was straightforward. Unfortunately, the item was delayed 12 days but, they got it sent out around the projected time. The item was without issues and the shipping packaging was acceptable.

My order shipped in a timely manner and I received the correct product.

Great initial experience, swift supply and delivery before Christmas, a gift for my son.
3 months later the monitor purchased is faulty, rendered useless with an issue with the use amid any remote. Eventually we received a replacement remote, but the issue was still not resolved. A month of chasing and emailing andnow I cannot get through to anyone at electricalbargains.
Hoping to get a replacement monitor or for them to fix the issue.

Great customer service

I ordered the smoke detectors were delivered quickly. I had to reorder as I miscounted, again very fast. I asked for receipts as there were just packing receipts in the boxes. Again I got them right away. I highly recommend this company

They didn’t have item in stock or close out and recommended a suitable replacement that was absolutely what I needed!!

Item took a while to get delivered, I think 4 weeks if I recall correctly. Though customer service was very responsive to my questions about delivery and about the product once it was delivered.

Easy to locate the exact light I was looking for at the website. Order was processed smoothly.

My only issue was with the shipping notification process. The order confirmation email I received March 5, 2026 stated "Once your package ships we will send an email with tracking#." However, I never received any email updates with tracking information.

I knew my light was enroute when it was delivered three weeks later and I picked it up off my front porch. The next day after receiving my light, I received an email with this link for a review.

Smoke detectors arrived on time and seem fine but I haven’t installed them yet.
