I bought a beamz f-1600 from this company for £429, the hazer has been nothing but a money pit. first test it would blast once and freeze after that. at this point contacted support where they asked me to send it back costing me £78 pounds due to weight .it was quickly sent back being told it had been tested and working. first test it did the same thing, after reaching out to support they suggested changing parts. this cost me £26.98 and £65 pound to have them fitted. all this didn't work I paid an independent electronics engineering £70 to check the machine where he found multiple dry joints and one board wasn't working at all. back to support who's last email was February showing the prices of the boards and then telling me they were out of stock. since then radio silence.

TLDR: machine cost me nearly £700 for a non function machine, I would not recommend buying from them they have never offered to replace the machine or take responsibility for the costs incurred

placed an order for a record deck for a family member
on the 29th sept was given next day delivery.
ordering process was trouble free, everything was fine until it was handed over to the courier (YODEL), they emailed me to confirm they had collected my parcel at 01.28 on the 30th sept and said it was at there central hub, and thats where it stayed.
I phoned electromarket thursday morning 2nd oct and have to say the guy i spoke to was very apologetic and was going to sort it out, but i had already made the decision to cancel the order, which he accepted and they gave me a full refund within 2 working days.
the reason for writing this is im a great believer in using companys instead of amazon, but what lets them down is couriers
unless these companys get to grips with there couriers more and more people will turn away from them and use amazon, which turns out to be more expensive.
I have given a 3 rating because my interaction with electromarket i could not fault.
guys i hope you can sort your courier out.

Bought a Vonyx speaker not cheap what never been outside never get any water ,the grill get rust ,contacted the customer service and firstly they declined any responsibility than they offer me £12 and send me a link from Amazon to buy can of spray to repaint the grill what I thought was a joke,finally they said as a special favor they go send me grill to be replaced by my self.

Best web seller on the Net. Over last 10 years bought sound and smoke equipment from Electro Market and always have had an excellent service. Everything I've purchased has been great even the discounted B grade stock. This year having problems so only spent a bit on B grade speakers which came the next day and are top quality. So this may be my last Halloween event but I can definitely say thank you to all the staff who have advised me over the years, the fast delivery and great products. Only one product failed but I received a replacement the next day. 1000's of my local community kids have enjoyed Halloween over 10 years thanks to the Tech used. Perfect customer service. So 5 out of 5 great site, thank you E M!

Very helpful when I needed more information to resolve a problem I had because of the old equipment I was trying to attach their new equipment to. They found what I needed to resolve the problem and sent details so I could order the correct item. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent service. One of the two speakers I ordered was faulty but response was quick and could not have been more helpful.

Did have a problem with the couriers they were using, but, again ElectroMarket were excellent in responding to that.
