I have waited for weeks, still no desk, the information has not been forthcoming and not accurate. Hopefully it is worth it when it arrives, whenever that may be 🤷‍♂️

They do not have customer service to answere the queries. They dilevered wrong items and until now I didn't rexieved a response very poor service.
I won't recommend this website.

Fast service with no hassle.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Placed an order on 30th July but still haven't received my order although they were quick enough to take my payment. I have tried calling numerous times left messages and sent emails but they have failed to respond. I will now need to take this up with.my bank to retrieve my money. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Terrible takes your order the products are apparently in stock at the time of ordering they reel you in with great prices free shipping then you will definitely get a email saying the product is discontinued this happened on three occasions on three different items do not waste your time effort money on this company stay well clear and do not attempt to contact them as you won’t get through to nobody

Unable to contact by phone or email no one responded to me cancelling my order after numerous attempts to get in touch with them definitely would not recommend this company

Poor. Allowed me to order the goods stating in stock. Not only not in stock but not available at all! Had to use PayPal resolution to arrange refund ….they cleared the debit but I’m still waiting for the funds to be recredited to account

Payment was taken even though the item was out of stock. It then took a few requests to get my refund sent. Not good enough.

Phone several times only answer phone never phoned me back still waiting to find out about my order very disappointed

No function checking if items are in stock before taking customer's money and then not replying to any emails or calls

Absolutely shocking customer service, to say you can contact at any time is absolute rubbish, I rang and left about 6 messages and emailed and had no response. I ended up having to get PayPal to intervene would never buy from this company

Refund took weeks.

No communication about delivery. Item turned up and it said it was still being processed. The one light that I ordered said what bulb to use but not the size.

I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews after placing my order. But I emailed the Company for a delivery date and they emailed me back the same day. I did chase them 1 more time and then got a link to book my delivery day. Received the piece of furniture in 8 days after placing the order with no problems whatsoever. A little bit of feedback for the company would be to maybe keep Customers a bit more informed regarding expected delivery dates for their products to avoid worry and confusion.The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer service and a thoroughly disreputable company. They have taken our money, not provided the item paid for, said that they will issue a refund but no refund has been forth-coming. Payment made on 19/01, still waiting for a refund.
