I’d give 10 stars if I could. I was very scary ordering from them, but what excellent experience!!!

Everything very quick, they keep you very well informed at every stage including an accurate realtime track of the van.

I ordered twice from them and the same very friendly driver came.

I wish all the companies in UK could learn from them.

I recently purchased a shower tray from Elegant Showers UK, which unfortunately had a manufacturing defect. However, after I sent them an email, they responded immediately and resolved the issue in the blink of an eye.
They offered either a full refund or a replacement without any hesitation. I really appreciated how professional, helpful and efficient their customer service was.

Door rubber not up to standard, lets the water out, but really pleased with the shower looks fantastic 👍

Was skeptical on the actual quality of product , but how wrong was I was, built very sturdy and installation instructions easy enough to follow. Very happy , will buy from here again.

Orders online and was delivered to my door within a couple of days, professionally delivered and professionally packed so no damage to the product. Well done.

The bathroom furniture arrived exactly when they it said it would. The packing was excellent.
The quality of the goods are excellent. We still have one more to unpack but so far we are so pleased.

Lovely tinted shower screen, great quality at a good price. Delivered within 3 days, well wrapped & protected and courier was very helpful, bringing it into the house for me. Highly recommend.

The product was as described and good value for money. The delivery was quick. The first item was damaged in transit and Elegant Showers replaced it immediately, with a second delivery arriving speedily. Customer service excellent.

I purchased a bi-fold shower door which is great. However only gave it 4 stars because I feel it’s missing an inside handle on the left hand door making it difficult to get out. You have to pull the door from the top of the glass door which somehow doesn’t feel right.
It did arrive within 2 days though and exactly when the delivery was due.

The company's customer service was very helpful , but But XDP postal company created a terrible experience for me , The postal company XDP emailed me that they would deliver my package on Friday, but they didn't deliver it and the following Monday they left my package in an unsafe place even though I had told the postal company that I wouldn't be home on Monday When I found the package, I saw that the package was torn, the TV unit was dirty, and the pieces were damaged. Therefore, when you make a purchase, inform the company please not to send the purchased package and product with XDP.

The TV unit was exactly as seen on the website. It wasn`t too hard to assemble.

The delivery driver was excellent too, helped me into the house with it
