sold used refurbished phone as new, scam

I bought an iphone 15 in february. It came packaged like new with the seals. Opened, started using it, checked the battery life. I had over 1000+ cycles on my battery and health under 97%. It was stated that im buying a new original product. Instead, i got a refurbished/used one that was first activated 2 years ago. Currently waiting for the response from this company.

They sold me a used phone instead of a new one, for the price of a new one. It was packaged like a new device, and only when I saw that the battery had 690 charge cycles did I realize I had been scammed. I managed to get a refund for the phone, but only because I threatened to report them for fraud and acted quickly after discovering the issue. They offered me €65 back if I kept it, which suggests this is something they do regularly. They never refunded the shipping costs for the returned, falsely sold phone.

Veľmi zlá skúsenosť. Telefón bol prezentovaný ako nový, no IMEI nesedelo s krabicou a zariadenie vykazovalo známky používania. Po pár mesiacoch problémy s nabíjaním, displejom aj batériou. Reklamácia zamietnutá kvôli 6-mesačnej záruke na IČO. Celý prípad som posunul na Českú obchodnú inšpekciu.

„S reklamáciou som veľmi nespokojný. iPhone 13 mal opakované problémy – nefungovalo slúchadlo pri hovoroch, prerušovalo sa nabíjanie, displej nereagoval správne na dotyk a batéria sa nadmerne opotrebovala už po niekoľkých mesiacoch. Telefón navyše niesol známky predchádzajúceho používania a IMEI nesedelo s pôvodným balením. Napriek týmto problémom reklamácia nebola uznaná.“

I bought an iphone via their slovak page. It was malfunctioning and I requested a refund. Instead, they sent me a new phone ignoring my request and with zero further communication. An online shop not replying to an e-mail is a red flag. Never again!

We bought dysun V15 submarine, from electroshock.hr same page, delivery lasted long but I clicked normal delivery not fast and I payed when dyson came, cash on delivery. I contacted them after few weeks if they sended product and they responded immediately so I'm satisfied user, dyson was packed nice.

Scam! Please don’t buy anything from this site. I bought a new IPhone 13 through this website, and didn’t suspect anything for 5 months. After 5 months the battery started to swell and the phone shut down after 1 minute without being plugged in. After attempting returning it, they ignored the reclamation. I replaced the battery at a local repair-shop and they found a circuit connected to the battery, so that it shows 100% Life.
