. . .I can't give them a positive review because they impose a grossly high inflated minimum UK order of €170 before they will ship to the UK, which places UK readers of Elektor Magazine and the products offered for sale at an unfair disadvantage –if they want a better review from me I suggest they lower the minimum order to something more reasonable!

. . .I wanted to buy the Sequare HT140 Surface Mount Tweezers which were offered at a fair selling price but they wouldn't accept the order because it as only half of this €170 – This policy is obviously introduced out of spite as a result of lousy Brexit!

Very helpful customer service, wide range of products. In addition, they ship items discretely in their own cardboard box, which is something that I can appreciate.

Great service, support and shipping. Very responsive and cares about customer satisfaction.

It's a decent store and has good support.
I only give it 4 stars since an item was missing in one of my orders (not an expensive item). But that was a rare incidence I believe.

Un SAV incroyable ! Gentils et très réactifs, ils m'ont communiqué toutes les informations qu'ils avaient très rapidement pour retrouver mon colis que le transporteur n'avais pas jugé bon de suivre correctement. Le produit est arrivé en retard mais ce n'est absolument pas leur faute.

Je tiens absolument remercier Eleshop pour son sérieux et son professionnalisme. J’ai été très satisfait de mon achat sur ce site (un pont RLC DER-EE DE-5000), site qui par ailleurs est très bien fait. Le colis est arrivé à la date prévue et le produit correspond bien à son descriptif. C’est un très bon appareil et il me donne entière satisfaction. Je recommande chaudement le site Eleshop à tous les clients potentiels.

I ordered a DS1054z scope and a Bryman BM235 multimeter. The items arrived 3 working days later and I ordered from Denmark. The scope calibration certificate was only 4 months old. Good job

Easy to pay, great selection of products.

Customer service is variable. I have bought a few items here, which represented for me a large outlay. I was recommended them by a friend and collegue who supplies them. The main advantage is that for some items they are cheaper than elsewhere (but on others Farnell have rebranded identical units cheaper).
My first order with Eleshop a few years ago went well. The unit arrived on time and was, as described, new. Last year I ordered a 'new' (it was advertised as new) Siglent 4 channel oscilloscope. I paid extra for next day delivery, but it arrived almost a week later (I live in the Netherlands, the same country as Eleshop are based). More concerning than paying extra for late delivery was that the calibration certificate had only a few days of validity left. In other words, the unit was one year old stock. Eleshop were not interested when I complained, other than to send me a quote for recalibration at my own expense. I found their attitude rather dismissive.
After that I avoided them for a while. However companies change and all have that one job which went badly wrong. So last week I thought I would give them another chance and ordered a power supply I needed.
It was listed on the Eleshop site as in stock and 'order today for delivery tomorrow'. We are now 2 working days later and the online delivery status is still marked "awaiting packing".
All in all, this one is on my beware list. Check elsewhere first and for the rest: craveat emptor.

I ordered from different shops in the same day and the order from Eleshop arrived first even though it is outside of the UK. They were also very helpful in answering queries.

Excellent and kind customer support, good prices, quick shipping internationally with fair rates and a decent shipping company, great EU tax support. I recommend this shop to everyone looking for high end gear. Greetings from Poland!

And the best part:
Shipped on the same day as promised (Monday evening) and I got the product in Sweden by Thursday afternoon.

Why not 5 stars?
The pictures on the product were from an earlier version. When asked about it right after ordering, they cam back pretty fast and confirmed it is the newer version mentioned in the title that I will get.

Good communication. Decent prices. Fast delivery.
