Barking and Dagenham Reside are the worse housing agent. Repairs that have been reported over a year ago never get seen too. The new homes were under warranty however they allow the warranty to expire so the new homes can only be repaired rather Then any repair issues being replaced with new.
This team are dishonest and if you have any issues with noise they will do nothing. The building are made out of pretty much paper and the lack of sleep and high rent for nothing.
There seems to be a rat problem that has got worse as the council have left rat straps outside my gate and near my hedge without even speaking to me. Since this has been done I have seen rats running past my front door.
Now these rat straps should not be placed no where near my house. If they would clean then bin room and put back the fly catcher on and actually jet was the bins regularly and place lids on the mental bins there wouldn’t be this problem
I have had enough living in this complex and if I could leave I wish I could. It’s like living in hell. Not one piece full night just banging and sex noises from neighbours and screaming kids and the sound of your neighbours showing and using the toilet is just too much.
