I had the pleasure of working with Kait Zubli and the experience couldn’t have gone any smoother! Kait stayed on top of my to do list and helped me navigate through some issues I was having signing my docs! Student loans are hard enough so having a great company with amazing employees helps lighten the mood of such a serious subject! Keep these employees happy and paid well because they are who we have to interact with and they are doing a wonderful job! Thank you again for being so wonderful!

Elfi made this experience super simple by reaching out and helping you every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me after my initial application to introduce themselves and ask if I had any questions.

I did extensive research on student loan refinance options and ultimately chose ELFI, which turned out to be an excellent decision. Before starting the application, I called to ask a few questions—specifically to confirm that the initial interest rate I was quoted would not change significantly once I officially applied. I was assured that the estimated rate would be honored.

I began the online application on Monday, and by today—Thursday—I was approved and had signed all of my documents (and the process could have been even faster if I hadn’t delayed a step on my end). The entire experience was fully online, extremely straightforward, and very easy to navigate.

My loan advisor, Stan, was fantastic. He stayed in close contact with me via email and text throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely recommend ELFI to my friends.

I would like to express my gratitude for Mr. Stan Mitchell and how helpful and accommodating he was throughout the refinancing process and how well he explained all of my options. A decision or step such as this can be very daunting, especially with larger sums of money, but he took the time to explain the process and was very patient while I was gathering all of my documents. At first, I thought the task was just going to be too much to deal with online and nearly pulled my application, but Mr. Mitchell was a joy to work with during the process and made the entire transaction seamless. That doesn’t happen often in customer service anymore, so I really appreciate it.
