Terrible comp in China! Not US. The dress I bought is made very poor quality looks like a Halloween costume. I thought on their return or exchange it said free shipping but that’s only if the product is defective. It runs very small and I had to get an exchange and pay $70 for shipping because they’re in China or they offered me 7% of $150 refund absolutely terrible don’t buy from this place !

BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. QUALITY IS CRAP AND THE DRESSES DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE. IF YOU WISH TO GET A REFUND, DON'T EVEN TRY, YOU GO THROUGH HELL TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

This company is terrible I would give them no stars. Repeated emails back and forth. First offer I got was 5% then 10%. They have no intention of refunding you. They stall replying until your 14day return expires. They did send me a return address but warned me it would cost a lot together with taxes etc. so I’ve kept the rubbish dress an expensive mistake luckily I’ve got my bank on the case to reimburse me so warning DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I purchased a mother of the bride dress The dress had crooked stitch lines down the zipper seam lines so it would not sit properly and had not been quality finished with loose threads all over. I couldn’t wear it to my daughters wedding. When I asked to access the advertised refund for quality issues they delayed me for several weeks and then said ‘ Our returns go back to our facility in Suzhou, China, so it would be an international shipment — the postage from Australia is typically significant and can end up costing more than the refund itself. Clearance is the responsibility of the sender: documentation, duties or fees on re-entry fall to you, and parcels can be held or delayed along the way. If the parcel doesn't reach us, we'd have nothing to inspect, and no refund could be issued. I'd suggest checking with your local carrier first for a quote and the required paperwork, so you know exactly what you'd be taking on. Once the dress reaches us and passes inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method’
You should not purchase from Elirelle expecting them to meet their returns and quality undertakings.

not good, we asked for a return the dress size 6 and replace it for size 8, so far ELIrele has not replyed.

Scam. The dresses they advertise on their website do NOT match what they send. The quality is terrible, and when you write to complain and ask for a refund, they refuse to give one.

If you complain on Instagram, they delete the bad reviews and block you.

Scam.Dress purchased early September but still no evidence of the order being processed.Contacted them and got apologies and no movement.Regret spending so much money for a dress l wont get to wear for my event!

I would rate lower but can’t. Their dresses are trash and when you ask for a refund they just give you the run around. We have asked 4 times for a return label and they keep giving different options. Saying you can have 10% back keep the dress because it would “get lost in the mail and they can’t refund at all”. Do not buy from this company.
