I made a purchase worth approx 1400 Euro. I used a gift voucher I had worth 750. However, I returned 2 articles worth 760€. Even though I had a gift voucher for more than the remained purchase (660) they will not use my voucher. Rather I have to pay another 350€ and receive a credit for 410€ only valid for 1 year.
I have bought a lot from here, but never again!

Zero si può dare? Ho chiesto al Customer di fare una riparazione su una giacca, mai lavata, praticamente nuova, mi hanno chiesto lo scontrino !!! La mia sarta non riesce a sistemarla perché le cuciture sono troppo sul bordo e fatte con macchinari che lei non dispone. Non comprerò mai più questo brand e divulgherò il più possibile la mia pessima esperienza (dopo anni di soli acquisti EF). Uno schifo !!! Mi rivolgerò anche all’associazione dei consumatori vediamo chi la spunta !!!

I tried to buy a baguette-type handbag online on Elisabettafranchi's official website. I then made the payment, fortunately via PayPal. The next day customer service notified me that the item was no longer available and that I would receive a refund. However, no refund arrived. Pessime misure che secondo me non corrispondono al vero. Mai più . Secondo me fanno cucire in serie con materiali di scarto, molto sopravvalutato tutto sia adito che accessori.

Schlechter Service. Haben mir eine Hose in der falschen Größe geschickt und nun wartet man tagelang auf ein kostenloses Retoure-Label. Nie wieder!

Considering the high price level of their dresses, I had high expectations when choosing this company, but unfortunately, my experience has been beyond disappointing. Communication was inconsistent and the quality of service did not match what was promised. Despite reaching out multiple times, I felt my concerns were not addressed adequately. All in all, the process went over 3 months and is still not solved. As a side note, I also lost a significant amount of money. Therefore, I will certainly not purchase from this company anymore and hope that the company improves its processes and customer care in the future.

Orribile!!!!!! Borsa di finta pelle usate 3 volte (pochette… quindi sicuramente non da tutti i giorni) sfaldata. Pantaloni stile cargo che perdono bottoni, materiale di qualità pessimiiiiii. Ero una cliente, la qualità prima era migliore, oggi i prezzi sono alle stelle e la qualità è peggiorata tantissimo. MAI PIU’.

Ho acquisto una t- shirt,che al primo lavaggio a mano ,trovo dei buchini.
Mando una mail alla Betty Blu ,che mi dicono di rivolgermi a negozio in cui l' ho acquistata ,precisando che ho lo scontrino di acquisto è valido per 2 anni.

Ebbene mi rivolgo al negozio e mi dicono che con l azienda non vogliono averci a che fare,in quanto hanno avuto dei problemi.
Non comprerò più da Elisabetta Franchi,ormai si è guadagnato il prestigio è quindi usa materiali scadenti.

Ho iniziato a comprare i suoi vestiti da circa dieci anni nell’armadio ne avrò una decina…ma gli ultimi due che ho comprato ho iniziato a notare la scarsa qualità del materiale tanto è’ vero che l’ultimo preso agosto 2024 per una matrimonio mi è arrivato bucato il che me ne sono accorta dopo averle tolti i cartellino ho detto mai più infatti non ho più comprato ci sono rimasta malissimo…in definitiva la mia percezione è che oramai si è fatta il nome quindi adesso andrà avanti così a produrre con scarso materiale…staro’ a vedere quando andrà fallita!

Peccato non poter dare zero stelle... acquistata borsa del marchio presso Fidenza village il 03/12/2023, quindi poco più di 1anno fa e mi ritrovo con i 4 angoli completamente spellati. Premetto che io tengo le borse come reliquie perché sono molto pignola. Chiesto al negozio di poter far riparare (pagando) la borsa e mi viene risposto che è possibile solo per le parti metalliche. Le borse sono in materiali pessimi e si distruggono dopo poco, non comprerò più nulla di questa "marca". La sig.ra Franchi potrebbe cercare di fare degli accessori di qualità superiore ! Schifo !

Meno di una stella. Ordinato un abito sul sito Elisabetta Franchi, mi hanno spedito una taglia errata, li contatto per chiedere come mai mi sia stata spedita una taglia sbagliata e se fosse stato possibile fare il reso per cambio taglia. Mi hanno risposto di si garantendomi che la mia taglia era già stata riservata per me. Sottolineo che era un abito acquistato per le mie pubblicazioni di matrimonio.
Il giorno in cui ricevono il mio pacco con l'ordine errato che avevo ricevuto mi rispondono che avrebbero emesso il rimborso in quanto la taglia che avevo originariamente ordinato non era più disponibile. Personale per niente cortese.

Do NOT purchase from this company and save yourselves the headache. Their customer service is rude and condescending.
Firstly, be careful about the currency you are charged. Website indicated CA but then funds on my cc was charged USD. That's a few hundred dollars difference.
Secondly, all items you view, there is a disclaimer that states "VAT and duties are included." It is NOT. I got an email from DHL paying an additional $110. Customer service blamed it on me as they said I failed to refer to their terms and conditions. Unbelievable.
I completely regret every coming across this company. Complete scam.

I had a button fallen off my dress after wearing it. I reached out to the customer care of Elisabetta Franchi. They were so amazing!! They sent me 2 extra buttons for free! They were very helpful and kind. I really recommend Elisabetta Franchi since the dress is beautiful and the customer service is top!

Gli acquisti on Line sono gestiti da un customer care di arroganti ed incompetenti. Ritardi senza fine nei rimborsi, informazioni divergenti in base a chi risponde. Arrivano mail che hanno ricevuto e controllato un reso andato a buon fine ma poi dicono di avere perso il pacco . Follia

I was hesitant to order from their website after reading all the bad reviews on here. I am located in the USA. I was eyeing a beautiful jumpsuit that was sold out and kept checking their website to see if it came back in stock. It finally did but the size was one size larger than what I wear. Since it was the last one I ordered it, but then my size became available and decided to order that one as well. Italian sizing runs a little smaller than other brands. When they both came my size fitted so beautifully and decided to keep the other size just in case. I had contacted customer service about a question I had regarding the jumpsuit via email and WhatsApp, to my surprise they were very fast at responding! My items arrived extremely fast as well, ordered on a Friday and I had both jumpsuits by Monday, they were beautifully packed. I will definitely purchase again since my purchase and shipping went smoothly.

Die Firma ist die einzige Firma, die ich kenne die keinen kostenlosen Versand anbietet. Ich finde es eine Frechheit in heutigen Tagen so teure Kleidung zu verkaufen und dann nicht mal einen kostenlosen Versand anzubieten. Mittlerweile macht das jeder in Europa außer Elisabetta franchi. Man muss noch eine Erlaubnis abwarten, dass man es zurücksenden darf. Seit Jahren hat man automatische Webseiten, die das erledigen, wirklich sehr zurückgeblieben. Dieser Laden und das eine italienische Firma, die ihre Kleidung überteuert verkauft. Traurig, richtig traurig.Ü
