The Gi comes preshrunk. It also includes a white belt for those of you who might have students that need a belt and a gi.
The fabric breathes well during warmups, drills and rolls and holds up well in this south Texas heat. It's super light weight.
For those of you who compete in IBJJF, it's legal there too.
If you're looking for a lightweight, durable gi that doesn't break the bank, take a look at Elite Sports gis and tell them Coach Jose sent you.

I received a mace ball from Elite Sports to help strengthen my shoulders for jiu-jitsu and boxing and the mace ball has helped improve my range of motion and strengthen my rotator cuffs. Defiantly worth the investment!
